There was an outbreak of influenza
virus in Russia from last few years and
citizens of the respective country has been
effected greatly by the virus. It is also
known as ''Flu''. It is an infectious disease
which is caused due to influenza virus. It
majorly effects upper respiratory organs
such as throat, nose, bronchi and lungs.
The influenza virus is spread through
aerosol or through contact with saliva or
may be when an infected person sneeze or
cough. The virus gets attached and
replicates in epithelial cells.

promote adaption of healthy lifestyle
