So in order to engage with them manager can interact with them by using
language that is easy to understand. Also, by effectively communicating with
them presentation can be given. Manager can use two way communication so
that employees interest is not lost. Asking questions and giving their answers
will allow manager to remain engage with employees.

Clarity of the presentation
• The presentation highly focused on new process, products and services. It
was having a clear content and enough charts and graphs to make
audience understand about the aim of presentation.

Ability of the presenter to respond to
questions and objections satisfactorily
• The manager will respond to questions of employees one by one. If any
question is asked by employee, manager can provide answer by showing
them evidence of successful implementation of process within organisation.
Also, by analysing data and information collected from various authentic
source. In this way manager can answer questions satisfactorily

• Presentation given by manager will include charts, graphs, etc. This will
enable audience to understand it easily. Also, manager can include videos
to maintain the interest of audience. Besides this, content shown must be
short and easy to understand.

• Different tools was used by manager such as projector, speakers, etc. that
allowed to give effective presentation to audience. Also, there was some
more tools which was used in this. These all tools were of very high
quality and standard.

• Employees liked the video that was shown during the presentation. This was like a
short film containing some message.
• They liked the charts and graphs that was inserted in it. These helped them to
understand presentation easily and much better way.
• At last they liked the communication of manager with employees. Manager was
very friendly to them and provided answer of each question with evidence.

3 things that need improvement
• First of all the content must be written short and in points. It will be easy to
maintain interest of audience.
• Second is inserting image in the slides. This will help in showing what actually the
slide is representing.
• At last inserting audio in presentation will be very useful. It will help manager to
make audience understand complex things or data.

the effectiveness of presentation by giving chance to employee to give
presentation. This will encourage others to do this. Also, manager can

• Hard copy feedback can be given by filling a form or giving suggestions.
Manager got positive feedback and most of the comments was on
