Communication is develops with different aspects that determines for making effective
results and performances. Cross cultural program is the key element which demonstrates beliefs
that are based on teaching, training and many other skills. Cultural competencies are majorly
acquired through approach and integrates knowledge and behaviour towards process. As per the
given scenario, culture is develops through assessing impact of it on Joseph life who suffer from
disease. It will assist in promoting, maintaining and regaining health in context of life
circumstances (Bigsby, Cappella and Seitz, 2013). Cultural background is also helpful to
emphasize on the practices that deliver effective results and performances. Ignorance of different
types of culture can create a negative impact on the medical care quality. Thus, there requires
proper attention so that miscommunication would not take place in cultural competencies.
In addition to this, values are also determined for assessing impact of it on structure
within a business. It can be categorized in three different ways which can promote to system and
demonstrate decisions that determines relationship with doctors, patient and families. As per the
given case of Joseph, values can be very disruptive and valuable that can assist to make universal
decisions (Adamou and Adamou, 2017). It is an important tool that collectively works to reduce
conflicts and enhance value programs. Understanding value programs is not easy to understand
and thus, initiative structure is an essential part to demonstrate the proposed changes.

From the above discussion, it has been found that at workplace of communication and
culture, experience and perception is requires solve the issues and problems. Family and
