Their are various legal regulations which help in better
communication in health and social care industry. Service
users can take assistance of different laws in case they find
any problems with the care home.

Equality act
• All the patients should be
treated in similar way and
one should not do
discrimination at the time
of communicating with
them.

Human rights
• Their was a time when
people were not aware
about human rights. After
the extensive promotion
and better communication
process, service users get
easily earn their rights

Data Protection
• Most of the service users
are concerned about their
privacy. Data protection
act help an organisation in
securing their data. Their
are serious legal
implication for stealing
personal data.

This act pour confident in the service users as, it also assist in
better communication between two parties because they know
that other sides cannot cheat them. This act contain
punishment like heavy fine and imprisonment

Conclusion
At the end, it can be concluded that legalisations made a
positive impact on the communication system. Regulation
made by government help both service users and care
homes, they assist them in better and secure flow of data.
