INTRODUCTION
The reflective analysis is too crucial for individuals to assess their performed activities.
Reflecting is a proofreading method that restates both the narrator feelings and words (Oswald,
2019). The aim is to encourage the speaker to "hear" his own feelings and concentrate on what
he or she thinks and feels. In the project report, GIBBS model has been applied in order to do
reflective analysis.
MAIN BODY
GIBBS model- In 1988 Graham Gibbs established Gibbs ' Reflective phase to provide
framework for experiencing learning. Outcome about what you experienced and can do
otherwise. Plan of action on how you can deal in long term with similar scenarios or various
improvements (Prakash, Sladek and Schuwirth, 2019).
ENTRY 1
On the basis of learning of week one, herein underneath GIBBS model is applied in such manner
that is as follows:
Description- In the week one of my learning I learned about key concept of
communication. This learning was just like a basic phase for understanding about
communication. During this learning I faced some issues because it was first time when I
come to know about detailed information about learning. As well as it was new topic for
me to learn. Though apart from some common issues, I learned core aspects about term
communication, its model, key points of communication and many more. The overall
experience was good for me.
Feelings- Before my first learning of communication, I was so scared that how I will
understand about this concept because it was new thing for me. Though I was little bit
excited too because I was completely unaware about communication. During learning of
communication, I felt some issues in first half but as I focused on concept it was easier

for me to learn about communication and its different types. After the learning I was
aware about basic knowledge of communication and curious to know more about this
concept.
Evaluation- The first week of learning was with mixed up of both positive and negative
aspects. Herein, analysis of both aspects is done in such manner:
Positive outcome- The key positive thing during first week for me was that I learned
about main aspects of communication such as principle of communication, importance of
it in the context of business entities.
Negative outcome- The negative outcome during first week was related to understanding
this new concept. Due to which during first half of week I felt scared that whether I will
be able to learn or not.
Analysis- As above mentioned that I faced mixed up feelings during my first week
learning. The reason due to which I faced negative outcomes was that I was unable to
make concentration on my learning due to lack of confidence. As a result, I faced lot of
difficulties during 2-3 days of first week. Though, I taken notes from learning that helped
me in further days to learn about communication. As well as reason of positive outcome
from my learning that after starting phase of week, I understood about communication
and it was easier for me to learn what are the roles of communication for business
entities.
Conclusion- In the end of learning of first week, it can be concluded that this first phase
was with mixed up outcomes. I learned key skills such as concentration skills during
learning, role of communication for business entities that could help in future. Though,
there were some negative aspects also like lack of confidence at the starting of learning
which ruined my some days of learning.
Action plan- In order to enhance my confidence, I should focus on my personality
development as well as on my concentration skills. This is so because these were the
areas in which I was weak during week one’s learning.

ENTRY 2
On the basis of learning of week second, herein underneath GIBBS model is applied in such
manner that is as follows:
Description- During second week of learning, I learned mainly about collaboration and
team building stages. The experience was good for me because I had basis from previous
learning of week one. Though, the key challenge which I faced was related to making
interrelation between learning of both weeks.
Feeling- Before starting of learning I was with full of confidence because I was aware
with the concept of communication and I know about how to focus on learning. During
the learning I faced some issues such as making interrelation between communication
and collaboration. As well as after the learning I was confused due to mixed up of both
concepts including communication and collaboration.
Evaluation-Each learning provide both positive and negative aspects. Based on my
second week’s learning herein both aspects are mentioned that are as follows:
Positive outcome- The key positive thing for me during week two was that it was easier
for me to learn about concept of collaboration. It was so because, I learned about
communication during first week.
Negative outcome- The negative outcome for me during second week was to make
correlation between learning of week one and week second.
Analysis- In this section, detailed analysis of both positive and negative outcome of week
second’s learning is mentioned. The reason of positive outcome for me was that I was
aware about how to make concentration during learning. As well as learning of first week
also helped me a lot in the learning of second week. While reason of negative outcome
during learning was lack of knowledge about how interrelate two key concepts. As a
result I faced difficulties to understand relation between both terms.
Conclusion- In the end of learning of second week, it can be concluded that overall
experience of learning was good except some issues regards to making interrelation. The
key skills which I learned that now I am able to understand any new concept due to
higher ability of concentration. Though I need to work some areas like critical analysis of
any concept as well as understanding relation between study materials.

Action plan- The key action plan for above issues is that I need to focus on my skills
about how to make interrelation between two concepts.
ENTRY 3
On the basis of learning of week three, herein underneath GIBBS model is applied in such
manner that is as follows:
Description- During third week of learning, I learned mainly about interpersonal
communication, characteristics, types of teams and their roles. In the further part of
learning, I learned about logic, argument and listening. The experience was not so good
due to too much concepts in this learning week.
Feeling- Before starting of learning I was calm and excited to know about some new
concepts which I never studied. During learning, I faced issue of too much concepts in
the week due to which I had to learn more than one concept in a single day. After the end
of learning I was with lot of concepts with common understanding for each.
Evaluation- Each learning provides both positive and negative aspects. Based on my third
week’s learning herein both aspects are mentioned that are as follows:
Positive outcome- In this learning, there were a few positive aspects to describe because
in this week I learned too much concepts. Though, I gained key knowledge for each
concept which will help me in further time span.
Negative outcome- There was only one negative outcome which was related to making
understanding of too many concepts in just time period of 7 days. As a result I faced
problem of making detailed understanding of each concept.
Analysis- In this section, detailed analysis of both positive and negative outcome of week
third’s learning is mentioned. The reason of positive outcome for me was that I was
focused before learning which I experienced from past two weeks. As well as reason of
negative outcome was that due to too many concepts I was unable to make command on
each concept that resulted too many issues at the end of learning program of week third.
Conclusion- In the end of learning of third week, it can be concluded that overall
experience of learning was not so good. This is so because of many concepts in week

third learning. Though, it enhanced some skills such as ability to understand core concept
of communication. Apart from this, I need to improve my some skills such as ability to
understand equally all the concepts which can be done by help of proper concentration.
Action plan- In order to overcome from above mentioned issues; I need to focus on
enhancing my ability to do learning more than one concept in a day. This can be done by
help of practice of learning of different concepts.
CONCLUSION
On the basis of above project report this can be concluded that reflective analysis is
crucial for learners to know about their strengths and weaknesses. On the basis of proper
analysis, this becomes easier for learners to apply a suitable course of action to overcome from
issues.
