Continued... Evaluation: During this project, I evaluated both positive and negative side. In positive side, we all are quite motivates with each other because my team have efficient members and the task is also allotted them as per their calibre. On the other negative side, I evaluated that at initial level, because of lack of communication we did not easily adjust with each other but after some time when we start interacting with other, then I evaluated that communication is the major key factors that helps to work in a team to make our project successful.

CONCLUSION By summing up above report it has been concluded that highly developed communication and collaborative skills are quite essential in a world and managers as well as leaders also uses their own skills to raise the performance. In the same way, while working on this project, I also concluded that my knowledge is increased and I realised that through effective communication we can proceed our presentation in more justifying manner.
