About model
Gibbs reflective cycle was published by Professor Graham Gibbs in 1988 within book
which named as “Learning by doing.” respective reflective model provide assistance to people in
learning from situation which they are experiencing regularly (Sekarwinahyu and et.al., 2019).
Moreover, there are five stages in this reflective cycle i.e., description, feeling, evaluation,
conclusion and action. Reflection of these are as follows :-

STAGE 1- Description of the event
I have gained knowledge about management by studying different types of materials in
the high school. There were many students pursuing the same course in order to apply the
theoretical knowledge and information in a practical way. Also, it was needed to have
employment opportunities for having professional growth. I went to the college to get a degree in
this course of management so that I can go for a training to get the experience of working in a
firm. I was developing the skills and capabilities of a manager as well as leaders by working
under my manager. There are my friends and other classmates who are trying to get job
