This is a media portfolio consisting of five piece of material, which includes TV commercial advertisement, one current affair item published on the newspaper, newspaper advertisement, entertainment news, and magazine advertisement. Advertising: Dove is a beauty company, which is created on the year 2016, advertising about what beauty really means to a women and publishing this advertisement on Australian TV commercial (Dove, 2018).This is a beauty Company launching its new product in the market, promoting natural beauty, and promoting natural skin for positive self-esteem values in them. The advertisement has a wide range of target audience from the age group of 14-50 and mostly this product targets the women of the country. Many teenage girls daily deal with body shamming, and the body image of this advertisement is this TV commercial focused on body image issues and with the aim to develop self-esteem in women about their body. Dove broke stereotypes of traditional beauty standards as this product has always portrayed women is beautiful in every shape, color or size. This product has an effective communicational behavior towards the society. Dove has featured real women in one of the advertisement to display the pleasure of beauty in natural skin, shape or size. The headline that was breaking news published in the newspaper was “a Tasmanian cop charged with child sex offence”. The evidence of the agenda was to punish the police officer as being of 42 years old was charged for abusing a child. The media framing of the news article was that he was suspended from his duty after abusing a child(Press, 2019). According to the report published in the newspaper,he was in a sexual relationship with a young girl from 1996-98 before joining the police force. This news was reflection of the society, as now a days a women are not safe anywhere. This is the reality of the society, where a young girl is not safe anywhere. Press, A. A.
