Interpersonal communication refers to the various communication processes that allow
the communicators to maintain an exchange of meaningful information. The communication
within the concerned people might take place through both the verbal as well as the non-verbal
modes of communication. The interpersonal communication among two people further includes
the exchange of feelings as well (Hargie, 2016). The interpersonal communication is majorly
conducted through the direct communication within the communicators and mainly discusses the
face-to-face communication style among the communicators involved in the communication
activity. The interpersonal skills of feedback are important in the determination of the ways in
which the message was received by the concerned audience. The interpersonal communication
skill of feedback helps the speaker to gauge the reaction as has been delivered by the audience.
The feedback that is received from the audience helps the concerned speaker to develop a better
knowledge on the acceptance of the communication by the people who have been on the
receiving end of the communication. The experts argue on the fact that the interpersonal
communication skill of feedback helps the speaker to develop a proper understanding of the
impact of the conversation on the given audience to whom the speech is being addressed. The
experts further argue that the interpersonal communication skills of feedback tend to be
extremely important for the understanding of the acceptability of the concerned message that has
been communicated through the face-to-face communications (Koegel, Ashbaugh, Navab &
Koegel, 2016). The interpersonal communication skill of feedback helps in the growth in the
knowledge base of the employees thereby leading to the improvement of the motivation of the
employees to perform better towards the achievement of the goals that have been set by the
organization in discussion (Chollet, Wörtwein, Morency, Shapiro & Scherer, 2015). The
