This article has focused about the diversity issues within the Facebook organization.
Diversity means it to understand every person is unique and identifying the individual
differences. These can be regarding the race, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, social-
economic status, physical capabilities, religious beliefs, political beliefs, and other ideologies.
Author describes that organization is employing very few number of Hispanic black and women.
There is lesser number of these kinds of people which can be counted on their hands. There are
more than 2 billion users of Facebook that is facing trouble in hiring and not capable to
welcoming the females of color. In the limelight of the article it can be concluded that
organization has the issues regarding diversity because of the weak process of hiring and
ineffective policies.
