Emotional barrier :- Pandemic leads to workers to
spend their time with family and kids. It makes a

first their operations from agency again as they are

is managed in the lock down (Dalton, and et., al.,
2019).
COMMUNICATION
Organisational barriers :- As the pandemic tends the
condition of social distancing which creates every
person to keep a reasonable distance from physical
contact. It makes a barrier that how consider company
will be served with the services in the company.
Sensory activity barriers :- Doubtless, it makes a
favouritism obstacle among the ones who got
immunized and the ones who are not immunise.
Social Barriers :- As the workers are operating from
their locations, they may face issues and low interpersonal
skills in order to interact with other workers. They may
get nervous while taking and sharing some content or
thoughts.
