INTRODUCTION
In the organisation business communication is major concept which is used for focusing
on effective techniques in order to perform communication with employees. It is important for
the enterprise to improve its communication so that it can serve distinct customers in an error
free manner (Antonetti, and Baghi, 2021). The application of business communication inn
organisation helps in overcoming from several challenges and issues which assists in increase of
coordination. The report covers four theories of organisational communication along with
different barriers of communication that is debarring people from getting inoculated. The study
also incorporates measures taken by concerned authorities to curb these barriers.
MAIN BODY
Universal hypothesis of organisational communication
The organisation communication is broad field which comprises all forms of
communication that helps organisation in growth and connect with stakeholders. There are some
theories of organisation communication which are mentioned below-
Acceptance theory of authority- In this theory top managers have the control of their
subordinates but it depends on the subordinate whether to accept or reject his/her orders. This
theory is also known as bottom up authority as it flows from bottom to top taking care of the
hierarchy. In returns of monetary terms this theory is initially accepted by subordinates. The
manager is required to form chain of communication which needs to be familiar in organisation.
The manger is to be familiar with each department subordinates to give orders within direct line
of communication.
Theory x and Theory y- McGregor stated this as an inspirational theory which depends
on direct resisting assumptions of human equation. Both theories are differentiated form each
other nut helps in employee motivation. The theory x is about supervision whereas as theory y is
having focus on rewards and bonuses provided to employees (Berinato, S., 2019). The theory x
requires close supervision in order to attain organisational objectives as several workers see job
security as their top priority. The new employees needs to be managed formally whereas some
employees with no desires and duties chooses to be oriented. There areas some employees in
organisation which are self centred that requires close control in attaining goals of organisation.
Theory y demonstrates the constructive nature of humans and assumes that every individual is of

creative, diligent and can perform their responsibilities in an efficient manner which leads to
development.
Bureaucratic theory: This theory have mainly prime focus on structure instead of
organisation activities that involves specialization and labour division that is done for attaining
the activities of organisation. The organisation rules and policies helps in managing and guiding
the organisation functions. The hierarchy of authority is stated in democratic way which flow
communication from top authority to lowest authority. The messages are conveyed in formal
way for maintaining the organisation behaviour taking into account the formal chain of authority.
The job description should be well explained to all the worker without any biasness in this
theory. It is formulated by sighting immoral conduct of the supervisors (Borges-Tiago, and et.al.,
2021). In every terms the organisation needs to efficient and reliable which can be done through
multiple trainings.
Theory of corporate colonization: This theory refers to the unpretentious ways
corporate sense, rationale, and values affect the everyday life of a human being. It directs to the
ways of communication in a formal environment and the discipline a corporate holds. It also
conserves the stability of an organisation.

In the entire campaign, abundant numbers of individuals attend the same regarding the
organisation. It is very crucial foe the management of the business organisation to handle the
barriers of communicate in effective manner because this helps them to attain all then set goals
and objectives in a very effective manner. The barriers of communication also impacted the the
entire campaign of vaccine which was organised. It is very important for the management of the
business organisation to determined all the barriers of communication as well as the aspects in
order to attain the desires success. The obstacles in communication stopping individuals from
getting vaccinated are discussed below: -
Participation of huge masses- This is occuring as one of the leading obstacle of
communication. Involvement of the large number of individuals within a communication
resulted in circulating the information with lack of detailed. So the campaign which is
organised may fail because people not participate because of the presentation of the
vaccine information in the wrong way (Cham.Cadet, F.T. and Carroll, R., 2019). The
absence of right amount of information has been a major hindrance and to handle this, the
required steps needs to be taken to establish convincing communication and effective
problem solving strategies for their rescue.
Absence of effective communication networks: - The choice of unsuitable connections
establishing channels results in miscommunication. Channel such as e-mail, telephone
and smartphones must have to be adopted in order to develop coordination and efficiency
Rumours: - the rumours also act a a major barrier for the vaccination campaign, the
rumours of vaccine stopped the individuals to enter in vaccination drive. Rumours in
relation to the vaccine campaign are spread by some citizen which directly affect the
vaccination campaign. By paying focus on the effective communication channel the
rumours in relation to the campaign can b e stopped.
Outline government strategies to overcome major barriers
The higher authorities of the Romania must have to adopt the proper approaches to over
form all these barriers of communication. It is very important for the government of the Romania
to formulate the different types of policies and plan in order to develop the effective

communication. For the successful drive of the vaccination campaign it is very crucial for the
nation authorities to assist the private entites . The plan of action that can be effective and should
be used by the governance in order to overcome form the communication barriers has been
discussed below: -
Media advertising: - in order to overcome, the government of the Romania can
advertising and publicity of the vaccination drive through the media advertising in front
of the audience. Social media platform can also be used by them to spread the awareness
about the vaccination campaign and and reach to the large number of people in the mean
time. The government can also advertise about the campaign on television because huge
number of people seen the TV (Katsoulacos, and Tsounis, 2019).
Taking guidance from professionals: - taking advice form the professional also assist
the get the knowledge related to the subject. This assist them to get the advice related to
the strategies of developing effective communication for better result. This not only assist
the vaccinated campaign to attain the sustainable growth but also helps in attracting the
large base of citizen towards the campaign. The guidance of the professional assist the
nation government to develop the risk free decision for advertising. The professional
approaches which is developed by the government allow them to perform the publicity of
the campaign in a very effective manner with modern practices. The government of
Romania has appointed professional in order to develop systematic operations.
Initiatives and plans: - in order to facilitate the communication and its development it is
very important for the government to take the proper initiative and plans. The plan which
are developed by them comprises of different strategic decision as well as actions which
assist the expansion as well as the growth of the campaign which are organised by them.
In the current time, the government of the Romania develop as well as evaluate the best
practices which assist them to support in developing communication and proper
vaccination campaign (Pikhart, M., 2018).

From the above it can be concluded that, the development of proper business
communication in important function for the organisation. There are several theories of

hinderance for a business concern which forms an organisation incapable in the market. This

effectively focusing on processing impelling connection for entities development.
