within communication that are preventing people from taking vaccine such as lack of empathy,

Communication is the basic fundamental that exists and is necessary for the survival of
humans as well as to an organization. It consists of the process that helps in creating and sharing
of ideas, information along with views, facts as well as feeling in an effective manner.
Communication helps in developing common understanding which is a vital key to get tasks
done in an effective way (Scannell, P., 2020). The following report will focus on discussing
general theories of organizational communication along with an evaluation relative to barriers
within communication that prevent taking the vaccines. In addition to this, the report will
highlight government strategies in order to overcome barriers of communication along with
suitable recommendation that will enhance the process of communication as well.

communication:
Bureaucracy:
This theory of bureaucracy was developed by Max Weber who was German sociologies
and paid emphasis on an ideal organizational form in which an organization offered enhanced
levels of formal structure. In context to communication, the theory focuses upon a approach that
is hierarchical in nature along with he aspect of each members reporting to one above until the
communication reaches the command at top (Valeri, M., 2021). This theory is a crucial element

command over the chain and its structure. In addition to this, it provides essential support in
facilitating predictability of behavior in both general and extension aspects. Moreover, the

Acceptance Theory of Authority:
This theory was propped in the year of 1938 by Chester Branard through his book The
Functions of the Executive which was his major contribution where he argued that there are
primarily three functions that serve within an informal organization and consists of
communication, maintenance of cohesiveness in the formal organization along with maintaining
feeling relative to personal integrity and self-respect. In addition to this, Branard also provide a
bottom-up approach of authority along with communication process. He suggested that
executives are merely connecting the central aspect of communication system and the overall
authorities are not vested in those individuals that provide orders but are recognized or non-
recognizes relative to authority by the subordinates.
