The report aims to discuss about many communication challenges which a
student faces after the pandemic. The universities aim to start teaching through
campus but the student still refuse to it. Therefore, the report will present the
communicating challenges and effective strategies to overcome with it. situation
wherein it operates.
Challenges of communication
Communication is a necessary key for achieving all the objectives in every field
of work and personal life. The pandemic have created much distance among
people and their studies, it becomes difficult to connect with them
(Jhaiyanuntana, and Nomnian, 2020). Therefore, some of the important
challenges and barriers that leads to poor communication and due to which the
imperial college of London facing decline in student arrival on campus.
Physical barriers: It is a challenge which is faced by many students of
imperial college. Many students are not local residents of the country. So, the
communication become difficult for them as they could not regularly make up to
campus.
Financial barriers: Many students are living in distance from the
imperial college of London. Therefore, regular expenses of travelling is also a
challenge by train or other public transport.
Listening barriers: It is one of the influencing barrier of communication
when they could not get to listen properly. This is because of coming late into
classroom, voice barriers to not listen properly.
Emotional barriers: these are also important barriers which also impact

Some people could not make time for studies due to engaged in personal activities

encouraging feedback. The teachers need to take regular feedback from student to
know their problems and issues during attending online and offline sessions. It
will help in preparing better strategies for the betterment of educational system.

makes unclear ideas and information. Therefore, the college needs to eliminate
