Common challenges and barriers to effective communication
The effective communication is very important in
the organization as it hinders the success of the
company (Thompson, 2018). The travel agencies
are facing many barriers after the Covid 19
pandemic because of which the people are not
travelling abroad as this is affected the companies
much. Some challenges and barriers of the effective
communication of the Hays Travel are such as
Physical barriers- The travel agency are facing the
challenges and barriers which have impacted these
agencies much.
The people are much afraid by travelling to
the other countries as they have the fear as
they may stick to that country because of this
pandemic.
They feel that every person might not
maintain the social distancing by which they
can face the virus who is suffering from this
virus (Whitaker and et.al., 2022).
Emotional Barriers- The pandemic has
affected much emotionally to the people and
by this they are not feeling to move from one
country to another. This has created the barrier
for the Hays Travel as the people are not
ready to move from one place to another. The
people is having the fear of leaving their
country as well of the virus.

Organizational structure barriers- The people
do not have the correct and full information of
the government policy that is of the quarantine
policy and many more so this is stopping them to
travel.
Cultural Barriers- The culture of the other
country is different, and they have the questions
that what are the reactions of the country of new
people will arrive. This is making them afraid of
travelling abroad.
