INTRODUCTION Communication is the main issue which is faced by people and the communication must be effective so that other person can understand the purpose of the words being spoken. The main purpose of communication is to make the other person understand what is being spoken. Thus, for the vaccination also it is important to communicate the use and why the vaccination will be important to people(Mishra and Agarwal, 2018). People are not coming out to do the vaccination and there are one or the other thoughts which is stopping them to do the vaccination. Government is trying to make efforts so that people can understand the actual purpose of doing the vaccination. For that they have to conduct the effective advertisements so that people can understand the use and importance of vaccination and they develop the motivation to do the vaccination.Thisreportwillcovertheoriesoforganisationalcommunication, barriersin communication in getting the vaccine and strategies used by government to overcome such challenges. Analysis and discussions General theories of organisational communication There are many theories of communication which is used by the companies to make the interpersonal effective and more accurate. Some of the organisational theories have been explained below- ď‚·Berlo theory of communication-According to this model of communication which is just the expansion of Shannon and Weavers model. This model describes the creation of sender- message- channel-receiver which is known as the SMCR model which has divided this model into the most effective way(Lude and PrĂĽgl, 2018). According to Berlo, the sender and receiver must be equal as this is the only way which can promote the effectiveness in the communication. But for this it is important to develop the communication skill which must be from the side of sender who is sending the message so that the receiver can interpret the message correctly. ď‚·Aristotle model of communication-The person who developed this model was the one who actually designed the model for the first time(Shou, Prester and Li, 2018). In this model, the speaker is most important person and also plays the key role in making the communication to be more effective. The speaker is the one who is wholly responsible in
conveying the message which has to be in the most most expressive and understandable manner so that the other person could be able to understand without any difficulty. He is the one who is in complete charge and is also responsible in the way which is in relation with selection of proper words. ď‚·Shannon and weaver model-The main purpose of the model is that the main aim of havingtheeffectivecommunicationisthattheeffectivenesswillincreaseinthe communicationwhoishavingeffectiveinformation.Thentheotherprocessof communication will involve the transmission which can and which will transfer the words to the recipient(Jimenez and et. al., 2021). After which the last step which remains is the final person with whom the communication has to reach. Barriers in communication which is preventing people to do vaccination People are not getting the vaccination doses because they don't want to take the dose which can be of any reason. That reason can be due to the communication which they might not be getting in the best form. Government are forcing them to take the doses of vaccination but they are not getting the message in a correct way which is why people are not getting the vaccinations. Some of the barriers have been explained below- ď‚·Physical barriers-Physical barriers means the insecurity which the people are getting in regard with booking the slots. They have assumed that it is difficult to make the booking of the vaccination and they are getting confused that it will be time consuming also. They have not even tried as to do the booking and because of which they are not making any booking of the slots(Schneider,2018). They have also assumed that if they will do the booking then it will be difficult for them to go as the places are far away for doing the vaccination. ď‚·Emotional barriers-People are having the trust issues on the vaccines which they will be using as the vaccines are not tested in a proper way according to them. They are not feeling good to use the vaccines in their body as this can make the side effect in their body which can be the reason of other diseases. If people will be going to the vaccination centre, then they will be making contact with many other people. This is the reason why people are emotionally and mentally scared of taking the dose.
ď‚·Attitudinal barrier-Many people have the attitude that they will not be having any contact as they are taking all precautions which have been provide to them. They are having the attitude and on the other side have the confidence also that they will not be affected with the disease as they are not going out. This is the reason many people who are having such type of mentality are avoiding to go to take the vaccination. Government strategies to overcome barriers Government is trying to build the motivation of the people as to why taking vaccines is important (Gatti, Ulrich and Seele, 2019). People are not getting the words because they are not being communicated in a proper way which is why they are not making and understanding the importance of having the dose of vaccination. Some of the strategies of government have been mentioned below which are used by them- ď‚·Correct and clear language-It is very important from the side of government to use the clear and correct language so that people can understand the motive behind the use of vaccines. As people are unaware with the fact that why it is important to use and take the vaccines and this is the reason why they are not taking the dose(Brink, Palmerand Costigan, 2018). So for that the campaigns which will be used by the government must be in a very clear language and this will make the people understand as to why they have to take the vaccination. ď‚·Attractive advertisements-It is very important from the side of government to use the advertisements which are attractive and which can be understandable by the people in a very easy way. This means that the individual has to get the right information with the advertisements which the government will make and this pressurises them to make it in a correct way. ď‚·Use of simple words-This is important for the advertisements to use the simple language which can be make them feel the importance of using the vaccination(Chittimalli and et. al., 2020). The government of the country will be using the best advertisements so that people can be motivated to take the vaccines.

Recommendations The government is focusing on the things and the advertisements so that people can be motivated to take the vaccines. As it is important to take the vaccines for the people so that they can be safe for the COVID-19.People are not aware regarding the importance of vaccines so for that they have to be informed in a correct manner. The pandemic is increasing and it is affecting a lot many people which is why the vaccination is the important factor which can help the people in getting the protection and they will also be safe if the wave hit the country in a large number. Thus, it is important for the people and if they are not understanding the real value of taking the dose of vaccination. For that the government have developed many strategies which can be helpful for the people in taking the right information regarding the vaccines and how they can make the booking of the vaccination doses which they are interpreting is difficult. CONCLUSION From the above report it can be concluded that if the government wants to increase the numbers of people for the vaccination they have to make some efforts. It is because people are no9t considering the importance of suing the vaccines as they are not getting that why the dose of vaccination is important for them. Some of the individuals are those who are putting efforts but the high percentage are those people who don't want to do the vaccination as they are expecting something more from the government.
