Communication is the essential part in today’s business world. Communication is simply the
transferring of knowledge, ideas, or information from one person to other or from one place
to another. Effective communication is significant for the effective result. The major purpose
of the essay is to understand the use of communication theory and non-vernal
communication. Besides this, it also throws the light on the some forms of communication
that were used during the communication event (Karanges, Johnston, Beatson and Lings,
2015).
The communication event starts when two of my friend went for purchasing the movie
tickets. Due to very small ticket window, the voice was not properly audible. At this time,
facial expressions and body movements played the essential role. Kinesics communication
helps them in knowing the detail of ticket and person. In this, the body movement that is said
to be non-verbal form of communication does communication. It include various elements
such as body posture (it is the way through which body communicates the message in various
ways), gestures (it is the communication done through the movement of arms and gestures),
and facial signals (this is the communication done through face that helps in establishing the
contact at the time of discussion). It is true that our faces are the most expressive part in our
body. when the person who were making tickets, asked my friend for the number of tickets,
the hand movement helps the person in known. Each person all over the world knows some
of the basic facial expressions. Some of the examples of facial expressions are smile, raised
eyebrows, bright eyes. In addition, there are various ways through which body can be held
and communicate the various messages. For instance: open body make the lot of space that
indicates the domination as well as comfort. As compare to this, close in body shows some
kind of inferiority. Eyes and face are the significant point to be focus at the time of
communication. In this way, it true that first impression are the first and foremost language
for nay client (Luangrath, Peck and Barger, 2017).
There are five kinds of Kinesics. These are emblems, regulators, illustrators, adaptors, and
affective display. Emblems said to be non-verbal clues whereas regulators are non-verbal
signs that tends to regulate, maintain, and modulate the flow of speech at the time of
conversation. Illustrators reinforces the person what it is saying. As compare to this, affective
display shows the emotion. Adaptors at last include the movements and postural changes
(Bonaccio, O’Reilly, O’Sullivan and Chiocchio, 2016).

paralanguage is manifested through the various use of body language like receiving of
message through expressions, gestures as well as some other body gestures (Eaves and
Leathers, 2016). It is also considered as communication is not only limited in the use of
spoken and written communication. There is various other type of communication that can be
used to express or determine something. There are certain other things such as social
communication through which one can determine if an individual is ok or not by the
expression, tone of the voice and some other attributes. Written, language, express as well as
spoken in the paralanguage plays in essential role in the human development. In this way,
language is also considered as one of the essential factor that can be responsible for the
transmission of culture from the one generation to other. In this way, paralanguage is an

communication is such branch of nonverbal communication that refers to the way through
which people tends to communication as well as interact through the sense of touch. At the
end of conversation, the person shake his hand by saying thank you for the tickets. The sense
of touch allowed the person in experiencing various sensations such as pain, pleasure, cold,
and heat. The most essential aspect of touch is the capability to enhance as well as convey the
physical intimacy. In this way, sense of touch is the essential constituent of the haptic
communication for the interpersonal relationship. Touch can therefore categorised into the
playful, positive, ritualistic, control and the task related. The touch of person was quite
friendly that proved the good intention of person.
