TASK 2: What went well? •My presentation is based on the communication with the employees during the global pandemic situation where I collected the information regarding the communication channels adopted by the company for the flow of effective communication to all the employees. Due to the crisis company has adopted the work from home culture, I also mentioned the various challenges the company faced regarding the communication as it is very important to frequently interact with the employees so that the information is passed to every employee of the company. •My presentation also includes the creation of two-way communication as it will help the employees to raise their issues so that managers can examine and solve their issues quickly. In my presentation also includes the communication of the various changes which the management makes such as policies, strategies, procedures and plans so that employees are aware about the new policies and strategies. I also included that the employees should understand the benefit and need of changes in the company which can positively impact the company. I also focused on building more effective communication channels so that employees and team members can easily coordinate with each other (Strange, 2020). The company has also introduced various online communication channels which will help the company to easily coordinate with the managers which can help in easy flow of communication within the organization. My presentation also focused on the potential issues which company faces during the pandemic regarding communicating with the employees in order to maintain smooth flow of communication between the company and its employees working form the remote areas.

My presentation included the data and issues related to the global pandemic but did not cover the recent data of the issues and challenges faced by the company in communicating with the employees of the company for smooth functioning and communication at all the levels of the organization. I included the issues related to the communication channels nut did not mention the data which is an important part. The improvements in my presentation should be the reliable information regarding the global pandemic and also about the communication channels require for the effective flow of communication within the company (Sull, et.al, 2020). I should focus on time management as I did invest my time in making necessary research on the topic through which my presentation did not include the information which was necessary to give a complete and correct work. We worked in a team and was successful in making decision but did lack time management through which my presentation was incomplete as I did not invest my time in making proper research regarding the communication issues faced by the company during the pandemic. I should focus more on improving my research work and focus on getting reliable information about the topic.
TASK 2: What actions will be taken? In order to improve my presentation work and present better quality work in future my core area of improvement will be time management in order to obtain more reliable information about the work so that I can present good quality and complete work before the lecturer. In order to improve the time management skill, I should focus on managing my time and divide the work so that I can complete my work in the specified time period. In order to improve I should attend the online sessions and various training programs in order to measure the time taken by me to complete a task. I should regularly perform the task and self-evaluate the time taken by me in completion of such task and set future targets to complete the task in less time taken in the former task. By doing this in regular intervals I can achieve the time management skills so that I can present quality work in the future (Imaniah, 2018). It will not only help me to achieve my short term goals but will also help in achieving the long term goals as well. By focusing on this it will help me in the personal development which can benefit me in the future. Through this I can easily evaluate my mistakes and also focus on making more improvements which can help me in achieving the task n future in a given time frame and succeed in the future.
