Quarry and Ramirez (2013) in the book entitled Communication for another
development: Listening before telling” are observed to be dealing in the various activities that are

communication within the business organizations as well. The book in discussion was composed

The book majorly highlighted the ways in which the communication within the company

The authors concluded the fact that the listening skills are one of the major skills that need to be

helps in the understanding of the various issues as have been highlighted within the
