Carroll, Jennie, et al. Alongside strong and
negative peer pressure,
the young generation
happens to be in
constant fights with the
older generation due to
communication gap.
There is a
communication gap
between the new
generation and the
older generation.
Besides, there is the
illusion that young
people have an easier
life compared to their
parents. The reality is
that the young
generation today have
to make an extra effort
to obtain jobs that are
in line with their
educational
backgrounds and
training

growth in the size of
the elderly population.
The huge population
becomes a burden on
young people to
provide essentials such
as food and healthcare
to them.
Despite the young
generation being highly
educated as compared
to the older generations,
research shows that
these group of people
need to go an extra mile
for them to be of value
in the job market.
The new generation is
experiencing social
problems; they are
unable to get married at
a certain age due to
financial constraints.
The new generation has
poor social skills and a
poor emotional health.
There thinking is
distorted by technology
and popular culture.

success or riches.
