INTRODUCTION
Communication is a procedure to convey message and express feelings emotions ideas
from one person to another. It involves words, sounds, ideas, signs and so on to be used for
exchange and sharing information. For an effective way to communicate it is necessary that at
least one sender and one receiver may present at that time (Gehlert, Choi and Friedman, 2019) .
Person centre care is a area where patient receive full health care and also take respect and
includes decision about health care rights. This essay is based on specific scenario which is
related to Charlotte, in this case a girl whose name is Charlotte, treated as patient who can't able
to stand on her feet due to this she is getting too much irritated. His boyfriend whose name is
James are also in hospital as his mother not well. Due to condition of girl nurses nurses try to
transfer her in an assessment ward and after that in rehabilitation. But Charlotte didn't understand
the situation. She just want to talk with her boyfriend at least once and she refuses all treatment
until she have not spoke with James.
MAIN BODY

It refers a way to communicate with others in context of exchange ideas, views, thoughts,
information and so on. Basically it is blueprint of convey message to Charlotte care. There are
various kinds of this strategies, some of them are discussed below.
Verbal: It determine a tome of individual for delivering their message by using speech. It can be
break out into two form first one is oral and other is written Charlotte care. In category of oral,
communication can be conduct through video chats, phone calls and face to face interaction,
whereas in written it consist emails , letter , chats etc. (Lam, 2019) In in health care point of
view, use plain and non medical tone that can be provide between sender and receiver and after
that check or confirm individual understanding in Charlotte care.
Non verbal: It refers to a way that comprise facial expression, body tone, and physical
gap between communicators (Gianfredi and et.al., 2018). For an effective non- verbal
communication has acknowledge discipline in Charlotte care. Nurses are highly attentive
in cues of this conversion as by this they deliver a message to patient and their families in
Charlotte care. This is a way to convey feeling of care. This procedure can done through
