INTRODUCTION Effective communication is a connection between people that allows for the exchange ofthoughts, feelings, and ideas, and leads to mutual understanding. This exchange is evidencedwhen a speaker sends a message to which a listener responds.So this research will be analysis communication need, model ,factor overcomebarrier ,proofreading importance many more . In this also explain purpose and audience , selectChanel like memo etc. this will be have role to communication verbally in business. TASK1P1.1Analysis need of communication of each stakeholder. The Asda project manager has to be proactive in making all stakeholders a successfulpart of the project through different form of communication informal and formal. For eachstakeholder objective identify how to fulfil the communication need.
