In case of Anna, staff of hospital must pay attention to her besides of ignoring as an alcoholic patient.Cognitive: - It states that an individual takes and appropriate steps as per situation to render correct services to sole health problem. In case of Anna, doctors have to pay attention to her because the issue is genuine and required special treatment. Psychoanalytical: - This theory explained about mental stage of an individual like stress, emotion and kind of behavior they have.Techniques of communicationWritten: - every information is shared in written form is essential in medical organization because treatment is basedon such information. This is due different types of cases of diseases alongwith various reports of several tests like blood test, MRI, CT Scan, EEG, ECG and so on.
