In HSC settings, communication fostersgreater understanding among the parties which are communicating along with the possibility of establishing relationships in between them.3.2 Analyzing the advantages of using above ICT software for serviceusers, for care workers and for organizationsAt the time when service user gets discharged from the healthservices and when he goes back to the local practitioner of his area, thecomputerized details that he is having through ICT software prove to bevery helpful that can be retrieved from the system (Srinivasan, 2013). Also,it has become easier for the care workers to find the places for patients indifferent catchment areas quickly through internet.3.1 Accessing and using ICT software in health and social careworkplaceAs there is continuous progress in the field of informationtechnology as well as in health and social care, it has become essentialfor firms to make use of software packages so as to deal with thereports like for the purpose of updating, printing, referring, retrievingas well as storing (Moss, 2012).3.3 Analyzing the potential hazards of providing ICT to service users and staff,including breaches of confidentiality, data protection and accessThere might some issues with the use of providing ICT to service users like ifpatients are given with telephones near to their bed, it might affect their health as wheneverit would ring, they will become uncomfortable as well as would not be able to sleep. Thus, itcan be said that ICT may prove to be dangerous for the health of patients who are admittedin hospitals (Tseng, 2010).CONCLUSIONIt can be articulated from the above report that with the help of appropriate communication, it becomes easy for the service providers to deliver highquality and effective services to the patients as per their demands and requirements.
