It is important to point out that various changes are required to improve the health care
system in USA. One of the ways of combating challenges faced in health care delivery systems
is by addressing communications between the employees and the organization. This is by
looking into and improving communication, employees’ rights and privileges and creating
programs aimed at assisting employees in different levels or categories.
Furthermore, performance of employees should be assessed. This is important because it
allows accountability and evaluation to facilitate service delivery. Notably, this includes the use
of benchmarking and a balanced score card (Flynn, Mathis, Jackson, & Valentine, 2015). The
balanced scorecard enables an organization to determine the level of growth in terms of patient
relations, financial measures, and internal business processes. It also has to demonstrate most
competence in ambulatory services, as well as lay-off and recruit new members. Stuffing helps
address problems faced by patients currently and in the near future.
Another feature to consider is compensation when it comes to staffing. Measures have to
be put in place to retain existing employees in the process of reducing beds in hospitals. This will
be according to evaluation of each employee by looking at their competence and talent each
bring to the role (Flynn, Mathis, Jackson, & Valentine, 2015). Consequently, it will consistently
provide a wealth of intellectual capital gains to the organization.

changing needs (Gilbert et. , 2015). Where changes occur or come up, adjustments need to be
made to cater for them. Memorial hospital must also ensure that values are given importance and
included in the strategic plan.

Human resource planning is an important process for any organization particularly with
an aim of examining and recognizing the availability of the overall human resources. In this
light, there are three resources that needs to be aligned strategically I any organization is to
achieve the set missions and visions (Cogin, Ng, & Lee, 2016). Notably, these include the
technology resource, the finance resource, and individual knowledge. Consequently, firms
should develop strategic plans under these three factors if it is to compete in the market.
Additionally, it would be important if HR metrics quantify opportunities particularly with
an aim of improving both employees as well as employer’s relationships. In this light, the
employers and employees are likely to gain insight on how a firm’s workforce may be
supporting the business while meeting with the employees (Bagga & Srivastava, 2014).
Moreover, the memorial hospital could achieve most of its strategic goals particularly through
implementing specific measures which are based on promoting various businesses cultures by
using positions that are mostly prudent with time as well as human energy. Furthermore, the
hospital could succeed in the provision of outpatient services. The hospital should as well use its
human resource management with an aim of achieving the goal especially of providing the
outpatient services as well as stability.
