INTRODUCTIONHealth and social care are the services providers who used to render quality basedservices to ultimate users (Antheunis, Tates and Nieboer, 2013). HSC cover all aspects likemedical treatment such as doctors, nurses etc. Their major objective is to provide services formaking all of their patient and reduce risk factors as well (Bennett, 2010). This assignment isbased on Forest Health care who have to make appropriate communication process between staffand employees. In health and social care it is essential to facilitate proper chain and for this thereare several theories are identify which have to describe in a proper manner. Along with this,various number of factors are identify which affect communication process of HSC (ForestHealthcare). Information and communication technology plays a vital role in business throughwhich management can render quality based services to ultimate consumers. There are severallegislations are also formed in such consent which have to analyse properly for organising ICTproperly. TASK 11.1 Theories of communication to HSCCommunication plays an important role in making all business process effectively andefficiently. It enable an entity to facilitate all operations in an adequate manner so that chances ofdeviations get decline. Mainly there are two major forms of communication are identify whichare:VerbalNon verbalGood Communication and interpersonal skills are helpful for effective health and socialcare working.
