Introduction
Communication plays a major role in developing the efficient design of the organization
through linking up different departments and encouraging engagement of the stakeholders in the
processes. Kramar (2014) noted that the different establishment s that are made by the
organizations are reliant on the communicability of the managers with employees. On the other
hand, Stone and Deadrick (2015) noted that communication also influence the organizational
behavior while dealing with different conflicts. The interactions with the employees assist the
management in identifying the specific issues that are encountered by the employees while
operating in accordance to the needs of achieving the common goal of the venture.
The lucidity of communication among the employees and the management assists an
organization in upholding the transparency of the operations. Transparency in the dealings of the
management with the employees and the other stakeholders assists an organization in continuing
the operations with the trust and loyalty of the same. Rathi and Lee (2015) stated that the
transparency in the operations and dealings assist the organizations in retaining the workforce
and minimize staff turnover rates. On the other hand, Ekrot, Rank and Gemünden (2016) stated
that communication among the employees and the management of an organization assists the
same in strengthening the decision making process of a venture through consultation and
collaboration with the stakeholders. The purpose of undertaking the discussion is to evaluate the

up approach. Therefore, effectiveness in communication methodologies has assisted

The technological innovations in the field of communication assisted the organizations in
developing efficient links between the stakeholders, which enhanced the overall performance
businesses. Farndale and Sanders (2017) stated that the innovativeness of the communication
abilities of an organization supports the businesses in maintaining the effectiveness of the
operations in accordance to the growth related requirements of the same. The performance of an
organization is enhanced through the collaborative functioning of the employees and the teams.

intra- team collaborative functioning in adherence to the common goals of the organization. The
