INTRODUCTION Work placement refers to the temporary job that is being considered while intending to give trainee certain experiences about the job. Many people do get paid while they are working but there is not legal obligations for them to pay to the interns they have hired (Santo and et.al., 2019). Apart from this, it has also been evaluated that within this specific situation, the companies are not entitled to provide national minimum wages to the recruited people. This report will discuss business issue that is being faced within the establishment along with their progress and resolution implications within the establishment. Apart from this, the study will also highlight the improvement steps which helps relevant stakeholders in beneficial manner. MAIN BODY Business Issue Creative Youth Network is a charitable organization situated in Bristol, United Kingdom. Theestablishmenthaveapproximately122employeesatcurrentlocationandgenerates considerable amount of sales for the betterment of the enterprise (Mulyati and Utami, 2019). Company offers various students with an opportunity of work placement according to which the students are able to generate and enhance their soft skills for instance, they are being able to work in a collaborative manner, ability to resolve issues and challenges faced along with varied other issues which helps them appropriately in order to enhance their academic and professional abilities or career in fruitful mode. It has been found from various researches that the employees of the firm are facing communication issues due to which affects their business activities. This is the major reason due to which the work force personnel are unable to convey clear and strong messages about their strategies, branding along with customer services. Effects of the issue over the firm Lack of communication within the establishment causes unmet expectations which generates certain situations related to missing team deadlines, missing appointments with clients and people who are on a project do not seem to know exactly about their roles. Apart from this, they are also unable to identify or set their priorities and mistakenly choose wrong thing and end up by disappointing their superiors. According to the feedback that has been gathered from the 1
employees of the organization, it has been evaluated that effective communication is highly significant in their establishment in order to complete their tasks appropriately and sustain their goodwill within the market place because lack of communication creates loss of various assignments that ate greatly beneficial for the firm. This also assist and foster good working relationship among the employees as well as the company which can more or less improve the overall morale and efficiency of the Creative Youth Network (Gusak and Volhyna, 2021). Poor communication approaches causes lack of predictability and stability within the workplace premises that can lead towards unease environment for employees who are working. This also promotes less effectual collaboration and creates workplace conflicts. The environment of tension raises low morale due to which the employees are unable to catch up with their deadlines. Significance to resolve the business issue Communication is the basic and most significant skill for appropriate placement that requires effective commitments and clear strategies for the students to get placed within the well reputable establishment. Development is a process that requires effective learning procedure as placement is a kind of learning experience and certain modifications can be considerable within the person.Companies in which the employers create time and energy in order to create open communication lines will have the capability to quickly generate trust among employees which resulting into high productivity level, performance along with increased overall morale status. Thus, the Creative Youth Network have to adopt appropriate communication channels through the employees within the company have to communicate and interact with each other in most appropriate manner. The management have to decide the formal communication channels in order to exchange the policies, goals and procedures of the firm. With the help of this, they will be able to share company business plans, goals, strategies, agreements, workplace safety guidelines, etc. Apart from this, the management also gives focus over the informal communication channels as well which can be utilized in order to deliver official business messages in more relaxed ways (Stevens and et.al., 2021). This includes easy resolution of issues at the lunchtime conversations and continuous collaboration among team members.Thechannelswillincludedigitalcommunicationchannels,facetoface communication and written communication channels. With proper communication, the employees at middle and lower level also become aware about their stakeholders, the goals, motives and attitude of the stakeholders in complete manner. With propercommunicationchannelswithintheenterprise,theemployeesareeasilyableto understand the things in order to share and pass on further to the stakeholders in the form of email, newsletters, email automation, online or virtual presentations, group video calls or even screen to screen meetings (Aleksić, 2019). All such actions helps the Creative Youth Network to communicate with their stakeholders and for that they also have to properly channelize their communication activity in order to resolve the issue at utmost priority level. CONCLUSION From the above report it has been concluded that, the Creative Youth Network is facing an issue which is related to the communication among the employees who are working over there. Hence, it is greatly difficult for newly introduced members or people who came from the workplacementmethodarefacingcertaindifficultiesbecauseoftheinappropriate communication channel. Hence, the study had highlighted the significant and ways to improve the communication channels which also provide varied benefits to the stakeholders as well. 3
