INTRODUCTION
Work placement refers to the temporary job that is being considered while intending to
give trainee certain experiences about the job. Many people do get paid while they are working
but there is not legal obligations for them to pay to the interns they have hired (Santo and et.al.,
2019). Apart from this, it has also been evaluated that within this specific situation, the
companies are not entitled to provide national minimum wages to the recruited people.
This report will discuss business issue that is being faced within the establishment along
with their progress and resolution implications within the establishment. Apart from this, the
study will also highlight the improvement steps which helps relevant stakeholders in beneficial
manner.

Business Issue
Creative Youth Network is a charitable organization situated in Bristol, United Kingdom.
The establishment have approximately 122 employees at current location and generates
considerable amount of sales for the betterment of the enterprise (Mulyati and Utami, 2019).
Company offers various students with an opportunity of work placement according to which the
students are able to generate and enhance their soft skills for instance, they are being able to
work in a collaborative manner, ability to resolve issues and challenges faced along with varied
other issues which helps them appropriately in order to enhance their academic and professional
abilities or career in fruitful mode. It has been found from various researches that the employees
of the firm are facing communication issues due to which affects their business activities. This is
the major reason due to which the work force personnel are unable to convey clear and strong
messages about their strategies, branding along with customer services.
Effects of the issue over the firm
Lack of communication within the establishment causes unmet expectations which
generates certain situations related to missing team deadlines, missing appointments with clients
and people who are on a project do not seem to know exactly about their roles. Apart from this,
they are also unable to identify or set their priorities and mistakenly choose wrong thing and end
up by disappointing their superiors. According to the feedback that has been gathered from the

tension raises low morale due to which the employees are unable to catch up with their
