Introduction:
Communication is neither
message transmission nor message
reception. Communication must be
constant, concise, and honest.
Changes in communication can also
have a huge impact on a firm.
During Covid, it became necessary
to transition from an office to a
work-from-home environment, and
this move has a significant influence
on both the employee and the
company. However, Covid is not the
explanation; businesses must adapt
their message in diverse scenarios.

Background
During the second quarter of 2020, companies were forced
to close their doors as a result of COVID-19. When the
COVID-19 issue initially arose, organizations all across the
globe were thrown into such a state of uncertainty that it
was difficult for many to predict whether or not they would
survive. J. Crew is a multi-brand specialty shop based in the
United States (U.S.News. 2022). Stores had been closed for
weeks, businesses had been shuttered, and consumers had
been confined to their homes. Consequently, sales to across
the board were in free fall mode. J. Crew had been suffering
from the reduction in mall traffic and the increase of internet
retailers over the previous several years and discovered
itself in a precarious situation when a global epidemic struck.
J. Crew went bust during the Covid epidemic due to a lack of
communication with customers.

Companies should not only consider what is being said
within commercial and marketing communications, but
also consider internal company communications, FDA or
other government communications, investor
communications and medical or scientific
communications (Whittlesey, 2020).
During the first months of the pandemic, industry
reports showed that digital media use tremendously
increased as people spent more time at home due to
coronavirus lockdowns (Kemp, 2020).

 DURING THE EPIDEMIC, EVERYTHING WAS DONE OVER
THE INTERNET.
 CUSTOMERS STOPPED VISITING TO THE MARKET AND
BEGAN PURCHASING THEIR GOODS ONLINE.
 CONSEQUENTLY, BUSINESSES SHOULD CONCENTRATE
THEIR EFFORTS AT THIS TIME ON IMPROVING THE
EFFECTIVENESS OF THEIR ONLINE PLATFORMS IN ORDER
TO BETTER CONTACT CLIENTS AND MEET THEIR NEEDS.
 THEY SHOULD INVEST HEAVILY IN WEB MARKETING IN
ORDER TO BRING THEIR ITEMS TO THE ATTENTION OF
POTENTIAL BUYERS.
 IN ADDITION, THEY SHOULD STRENGTHEN THEIR
INTERNET SERVICE AND MAKE IT AVAILABLE 24 HOURS A
DAY, SEVEN DAYS A WEEK.
 EVERY STEP OF THE PROCESS, FROM PLACING AN
ORDER ONLINE TO PROVIDING IT ON TIME AND WITH A
HIGH-QUALITY PRODUCT, SHOULD BE SEAMLESS AND
CUSTOMER-FOCUSED.

What went well in the
presentation
and why The primary and for most efficient target of mentioning the work is to know about the view of the
individual. If members follow the mind set of their audience at the time of presenting or practicing
for the presentation then the members on the way to present and effective presentation in front of
their individual.
 The following presentation covers the role about helping their workers by presenting an overview
that will also support them in mentioning the suitable structure of the presentation. By presenting
the information about covid-19 that what the investigators had investigation and it will also term to
the problems and their solutions that are also a significant role of any presentation.
 Lastly it covers the following section of neglecting the difficult points and the individual in sure
that the time of mentioning the presentation they also cover the main topic of COVID - 19 and
terms to follow the suitable structure of presentation in effective and efficient manner. At the last
slide will relates to the summary and conclusion for the topic that covers COVID - 19 pandemic
situation that will have an impact on the business of management.

What improvements need to be
made according to the Feedback

the process evaluating organising the field of area in the business. It relates to an action that are utilised to
offer suitable information regarding the presentation to the member. The process of offering feedback to
members create a criteria for presenting the relationship among the executives and workers that allowed
them to follow their common targets and measure their role of aggression and growth towards their
objectives in an effective and efficient way.
 By offering suitable guidance in identifying the presentation for performance indicator will allow their
workers to understand about grow towards their suitable target. The presentation include the fundamental

 And encourage group is frequently term to be a productive and as well as profitable group. It help them in
mentioning the strength and weaknesses of the members that will enable them for the following their goals
for having bright future. Feedback can also enhance the performance of a presentation and performance
with workers who should know their roles in the team and the task they are presenting will be expected to
be completed on time before deadline through which they can accomplish their objectives.

What actions will you take to
make the suggested
improvements By maintaining and meeting the objectives and goals to learn more about presentation leaders that
cover appropriate and efficient fields. It can be achieved by presenting at all group meetings,
practicing participation in goals, and doing business.
 Team leaders and divisional heads seek to build effective and efficient relationships between
themselves and their subordinates or other subordinates. It relates to the overall treatment of
developing healthy and effective relationships with team leaders or department leaders who had to
develop good situations and maintain work balance in an effective and efficient manner. It also
provides their highly improved term of the performance that will directly related to their work in an
effective and efficient manner.
 On the other hand by seeking advisors will also help to resolve the queries and issues and also help
them to easily co-ordinate with additional division with the aim of offering effective improvement.
Due to situation of COVID – 19 pandemic issues actions are taken by considering it as in effective
manner.
