Current Communication Plan
The communication plan is created for the development of the health information system for the
country health department. The senior manager is responsible for responding against the
appropriate decision that are made for responding against the communicable disease outbreaks.
The communication plan is created with the implementation of a collaborative methodology
process. A business process analysis is made for the identification of the requirement (Lock, 2017).
The business process redesign and definition of the requirement is essential for the development of
the information system. The stakeholders should be involved with the development of the network
solution for making the requirement of the project clear (Schwalbe, 2015). The issues associated
with the stakeholders should be identified and the key messages should highlighted for increasing
the efficiency of communication. The communication methods that should be used for gathering the
requirement and the communication should be described. The roles and responsibility of the
stakeholders associated with the development of the information system should be documented for
the development of the project. A hierarchy should be maintained for the communication between
the stakeholders of the project (Kerzner & Kerzner, 2017). The communication plan adopted for the
development of the project is realistic because all the stakeholders are involved in the
communication plan and it provides the details like the media used for communication and type of
communication.

The communication plan is used for the management communication strategies and combine the
project team members for the execution of the project. The key to success of the project is the
identification of the different risks and relation between the stakeholders for the development of
the project. The communication plan created for the development of the public health information

clear objective and it identifies the issues with the project builds relationship with the client (Binder,
2016). The target audience is identified for the development of the communication plan and the
