4COMMUNICATION AND PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIPS Reflection and utilisation of theories in the everyday situation I understand the situation and the utilization of communication theories. The theories are important for the development of linking between persons in different stages. Children, adult and young people are associated with the process and their acts and amendments are associated with the development of their position and the situation. There are different situations at that level but communication helps in establishing the fact that in every stage practice and implementation is needed. The general base of the theories is on the effective communication and the utilisation of them in the modern day to day life activities. Along with that, space, time and personnel management are observed to be significant in the study. Being a teacher, my application of the mentioned theories is described below: In the modern generation, the effect of the proper time and space management is significant. The students were not so affected with the impact of these at the primary stage, will not be significantly concerned with the proper application of them. Hence the students will be in need to get convinced so that they be able to understand the importance of the time, space and the personnel management in real-life cases. Being a teacher, my strategy will be to introduce relevant games which will be time bound and will make sure that the games are tasks are team based. As the students of significantly lower age will better learn with the games compared to the adults, the method of games will be followed. In case of the youth or teenager students, the strategy will be to focus on team tasks instead of the games which will be instrumental for the students in learning the space and the time management along with a precise focus on the personnel management. In the next stage, the youth development becomes necessary. In this case, the incorporation of the self-esteem, confidence gaining techniques and the modifications in the
5COMMUNICATION AND PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIPS individual behaviours are much needed for the students. Being a teacher, my job is to make sure that I introduce relevant counselling sessions for the students where I will be able to transfer the importance of the ethics and the values to them. This will make sure that the formation of the personality among the students take place in such a manner that their usual operations follow the ethical approach. On top of this, I must make sure that the students are facing doable tasks so that the execution of them increases their individual confidence. With the formation of the confidence, the students will be able to conduct their tasks in a more positive manner and the repetitive success of them in this case will be instrumental in the creation of the self-esteem. Apart from this, one of the major theories in the case is effective communication. The students will be appreciated to communicate among themselves during the conduction of the tasks and the communication is in need to be done with effective evidence in order to make sure that it be logical. The effective communication with the mentioned approach will make sure that there exists no presence of any sort of conflicts which is much needed for many fruitful real time actions. From the theory of the safeguard of the students and youths, I am able to understand the fact that the nutrition and the proper feeding of the students are significantly necessary for their growth. In order to make sure that the students do not feel the absence of the mentioned element inside the school, my job will be to make sure that the school provide them with the scope of having free foods so that the students do not face the threat of malnutrition. Apart from that, the time-based check-up will also be a recommendation from my part to the school authority in order to make sure that the health concerns of the students are addressed in an effective manner. Prevention of the students from any sort maltreatments is in need to be considered as one of the topmost priority and in that case, my job will be to propose for the
