This study explores the critical role of communication in project management. It examines the impacts of effective communication on project revenues, ways to present communication on project boards, and how to ensure transparent communication with stakeholders. The study adopts a structured interview method to collect primary qualitative data from ground-level staff. The data is analysed using a descriptive research design to arrive at in-depth findings. The study highlights the importance of selecting an appropriate research design and data collection method for successful research outcomes.
