INTRODUCTION
Communication is one of critical skills for individual that help to influence, build trust,
empower and energise for making their boost confidence. The role of communication is
allrounder field in personal and professionalism as it depicts about to express skills or
effectively attain outcomes successfully. It is importance of communication skills in
business professionalism as it improves people personality as well as vocal in written and
verbal aspects.
In this report is emphasis about the first person perspective that he wants to make his
career goal effective and execute by mapping about overall strategies that helps to
communicate with parents and friends to consult about specific health care career. Further
more the person wants to make his or her career in health care industry to mapping about
overall strength and weakness which confined towards gaining positive outcomes. In this
report, I am working in health care sector as heath care assistant in GP Surgery for 6 years.
As for now, I have gained enough experience and wanted to start my own career in this
particular. The reason which I chose Health Care Assistant is to understand people or
patients problems as somehow they are not comfortable to share their issues. It is important
for my inter personal skills and specially for my communication in which I face many
challenges that I need to improve
MAIN BODY.
Description about my professional work.
As I have joined in health sector and work for more than 5 years, from that I wanted to work
in health care industry which necessary to gain more knowledge. But due to this long time
experience I have scrutinise my self that I need to mapped myself in professional career
growth. I am lacking in many skills specially communication which is one of most important
as well as it creates major role in very business aspect. As I wanted to make my career in
health care for that I am searching new job role which suits to my career. In health care one

thing I have noticed that to working on communication tone is very essential as patients who
are visit to clinic it is valuable to coordinate in polite and clam manner. As I want to serve
my contribution to being as associate and with full work commitment. Because during my
career I have analysed that patients are hesitation to share their problem and what need to
take cure for their health. This is one of the feeling which make insist to thought about how
to help in this my work to support or helps those needful patients who are or will be under
my care. As per my career experience once I have encountered with some of patients in
which one was female who suffer from Alzheimer disease, at this particular moment. I
realise that this job intake lots of patience, persistence and responsibility to undertake the
initiative within better results. For that I need to work on my communication skills that
would helps to improve my vocal and I would improve to communicate with my patients
easily. For my this professional career I have consult with my parents and coach to guide me
and they supported me for further aspect to approach it well mannered. I have analyse my
skills and knowledge power that exist to support me in health career perspective.
As my personal and professional development is that I want to improve my interpersonal
and communication skills which helps me to build better professional career in health care.

practise in health care for that my
knowledge power reduces.
 There are some family commitments
which I need to taken care off. And this
is reason which I have to put to hold
my professional career.
Justification:
As per above the conducting Swot Analysation want to analyse my strength and
weakness for seeking internal behaviour suits to my Health care assistant career. And what
positive and negative trait of mine support to lead me in this career. Majorly, my focus to
improve my communication skills for that I have one positive attribute I am good listener but I
have lack of persistence. The opportunities and weakness is stats about my scope and high
challenges which I need to face in my career. On my opportunities perspective I have good
chance to gain better connection of health care expertise and some external source of people who
are currently working and could helps me out to gain better opportunity for build my career. As
I have focused on my one weakness that I have “not fluency in communication” to make it
develop I need to enhance constant practise as well as scrutinise myself how I can develop to
create better work. Apparently, this is my main job role and responsibilities to communicate with
my patients in better manner to make them comfort for sharing their problem.

 There is time duration which I have opted for 4-5 months in this I have majorly
determine to work on my basic interpersonal skills such as fluency in
communication, decrease of overthinking other wise it creates unwanted stress and
depression which not good for my health care assistant surgeon job.
 As there is high tide of Covid-19 situation in that particular phase I have make a pla
to registered in online soft skills and Assistant health care classes. This classes would
help me out about the work to enhance in better manner. these online classes to
connect virtual way with health care experts through Video conferencing as in this I
can share my details information how I have suffering and what I am exact planning
to create better work solution.
Reason to develop the skills with nursing associate:
There is development of attending all online classes towards nursing field, as I want to
make my career in this particular area for that there is need of undertaking guidance of
effective health care situation. Experts and Doctors would provide the major tips that could
be useful for my better career development. As this would raise my standard of career and
opportunities. As well as my major work to handle patients and their health related issues
which is needful to apply effective or professional style of communication that allows
positive impact towards my profession. For example; if any patients comes to visit my clinic
and my responsibility to ask about their problem as they are feel little hesitate to share their

issues on that situation I have to make them in comfort zone. All these practises is essential
to get into practise by having effective consultant within health care experts and doctors.
