Meyer” Hence, communication is a way which helps a company to attain hugeopportunities as well as at individual level it is being involved in developing career of a personby right information at the right time. There are many situations where there is a rise of problemsin relation to have proper communication transfer in the organisation. So, these issues have to beascertained and taken with care by an organisation in order to have smooth functioning of theprocesses. The issues related to communication and its transfer at the workplace have beendiscussed in this report. COMMUNICATION SKILLSThe transfer of data from one person to another is communication which is a two wayprocess between communicator and listener. In an organisation which is operating on a largescale, it is important to share views and ideas which have been implemented and needs to befurther executed. If the information is transferred properly then only the execution of programswill take place in an accurate manner (Kurtz, 2016). Hence, there has to be many kind ofelements which have to be selected in order to have effective process of communication. Thereare various elements which impacts this process and similarly the issues related to it rises. Thereare several mediums which are involved in communicating a message. Commonly, it is known asthe process of communication which includes sender, encoding, medium, noise, decoding andreceiver. This is the process of communication which has been followed by organisations whileoperating. Hence, in the effective process of this procedure, there are various barriers which comeacross and these have to be overcome. A person who is having communication skills also getsimpacted by these issues. The issues which are related to skills of communication impacts theeffectiveness of channel of communication which is being used. A person who has beencommunicating the subject matter also faces many kinds of problems while performing duties inan organisation. There are many issues which are related to communication skills in a companyand they affect the operations. There are various key requirements which have to be there in anorganisation and its people while communicating various messages between each other. 1

Various obstruction of communication which are classified as organisational as well asindividual barriers. In organisational context, the barriers like structure, plans, procedures, choiceof data, transfer medium etc. are taken into consideration. In context to individual barriers, theimpacts related to a person’s own self are to be addressed which are the language, beliefs, bodylanguage, mind-set, manner, etc. which are used in delivery of data (Levinson, 2010). Hence,these are the factors which creates an issue in transfer of data which have to be considered whileprocessing the procedure of conveying a message in various sections of a company.Interpersonal skillsFor initiation of effective communication, there must be inter personal communicationwhich states that the person himself must be so equipped with various elements which arerequired while communicating. This includes body language, active listening, personalpresentation and context awareness. While, for transferring any kind of information throughchannel of oral communication, person should possess all the qualities which are stated. Personshould have a proper body language, must be active listener to the arguments of audience,presentation of personal thoughts must in such a way that it provides a complete insight of thethought which is to be expressed as well as person must have awareness of the context in relationto which it is going to transfer data to people. These are some skills which an effectivecommunicator must possess in order to have the best process of communication.Written CommunicationSometimes, in an organisation, data is transferred in the written form without using anykind of oral means. In this way, the important notices and important informations are transferredin a company to its employees by its top level of management. While incorporating with suchkind of communication medium, there are various elements which have to be taken into account.First of all, the format of the data which is to be transferred for example- written communicationincludes notices which are used to transfer subject matter to various people (Liénard and et. al.,2010). So, the format of notice must be appropriate containing all necessary information whichis required to be transferred in order to have proper functioning of the operations of anorganisation.
