In order to make systematicand proper communication procedures, there are various types of theories or models. Thesetheories and models of communication makes communication in the simplest and easiest form.There are various models and theories of communication which is used by several organisationsto promote the skills and traits of communication among all the people of the company.There are so many benefits of models which make communication in simplest and easiestway are as follows-They make the communication easier and simplest form.They make the communication clear and understandable.They help in building healthy relationship with employees.Theories of communication are as discuss below-1.Schramm's Interactive Model- This the model or theory which given by Wilbur Schramm in1954 which was the first person to model of mathematical of Shannon and Weaver. He gavemain emphasis on encoding and decoding as activities maintained at the same time by sender andreceiver. He also gave emphasis on two way communication.He also provided the additional concept of a field of experience which refers to the type ofattitudes which sender and receiver maintains towards each other.
