That explain as follows: Buyer: Hello...Interviewee: Hello sir.....how can I help you.....Buyer: I have purchase XXY product from your company five days before...... but till now,delivery of that product should not be done...........Interviewee: Okay sir..... let me check.......Buyer: Check it properly and tell me what is your company policies, rule, ethics for theirclients............. I am very disappointed with your services........Interviewee: Sorry for inconveniences sir, I am apologise on the behalf of organisation...... butdue to three holidays those are came simultaneously, delivering work are affected.......1
