Communication is important for transferring information from one place to
another or to person. It includes several ways in this such as vocally, written,
visual and non-verbal which support individual in communicating with others.
There is requirement of proper communication pathway in business
organisation for transferring important info and data as well it play vital role in
success of enterprise.

Theory of communication
There are several theories and models of communication which is important
for transferring information as well necessary for conveying message to other
people in the association. It is the duty of manager that they must take care of
two way communication from top to bottom and bottom to top.

Communication models
These are conceptual model utilised for explain the human communication
procedure. First model of communication was developed in 1948 and the
developer is Claude Elwood Shannon. Thus, communication is two way
process in which sender and receiver both are required for sending and
receiving information or messages.
