businesses, communication skills helps an individual to
interact with staff members in and effective and efficient
manner

Models Of Communication
Shannon- Weaver Model- This is a well known model of
communication that is often utilized by business firms. Shannon
& Weaver are the individuals who proposed this model in year
1948.
Berlo's Model:- David Berlo was proposed this model in 1960
which depicts about those factors which impact individual
components in communication which makes it efficient.
