Introduction
Communication is the process in which 2 or more individuals
interact with each other and share their thoughts & views. In
businesses, communication skills helps an individual to
interact with staff members in and effective and efficient
manner

Models Of Communication
Shannon- Weaver Model- This is a well known model of
communication that is often utilized by business firms. Shannon
& Weaver are the individuals who proposed this model in year
1948.
Berlo's Model:- David Berlo was proposed this model in 1960
which depicts about those factors which impact individual
components in communication which makes it efficient.

Communication System
Voice mail: Telephone is the medium which is used in this
communication system in which sender dictate the message
over it which is transformed by a special device known as
codec.
Electronic mail: It is the system by which, firms communicate
electronically over network to others. In businesses, this method
of communication is widely used to communicate any data or
information.
