"At which points and how should stakeholders be involved in evaluation? " Some of the places where the stakeholders need to be involved are: a.Inviting the stakeholders for a meeting so that they can discuss about the progress of the company, depending upon the time, they can spend on the discussion. b.The involvement in the key activities is done through properly focusing and planning on the evaluation of the ongoing activities. There is a possibility to overcome the resistance to evaluate and properly identify the benefits (Antognelli & Vizzari, 2017). These will help in developing different questions for evaluation which have been seen to be grounded as per the perceptions and experiences of stakeholders. c.The reviewing is important and using the evaluation findings are important for the improvement of program. The stakeholders could help in providing a better perspective which is seen to be highly credible with high quality and a better evaluation program. It will lead to facilitate the quality data collection that helps in focusing over the evaluation findings through business knowledge about the programs. There is a need to engage the stakeholders in: a.Community Fairs: They will be able to organize the events and aim for providing information for ongoing projects. b.Fishbowl Technique: For the management of the discussions and planning the relevant issues (Sherman et al., 2016). c.Formal & Informal Meetings: The guidance is based on running the key stakeholders and seeking a better outcome.
d.Launching the workshops: They are for assessing and building a readiness for evaluating a program. References Antognelli, S. and Vizzari, M., 2017.
