INTRODUCTIONCommunication skill is required in health and social care because there every work neededthis skill. Communication with staff members, patients, managers is important for the social andhealth care organisation. It plays main role in decision making process. Health care wantsemployees with good communication skills. This file will include role of research for evidencebased practice in the social and health care, review of key literature related to research topic towardimprovement in health care, benefits of evidence based practice, value of literature review inpositive way in social and health care and how it influences on social care(Foronda, MacWilliamsand McArthur, 2016.).LO 1A. purpose and process of conducting research in enabling evidence-based practice in health andsocial careEvidence-based practices in health care refers to the practice in which health care teamfocuses on the individual patients for better outcome. Research about the effect on healthcare withdifferent form. Use of the best evidence in the treatment process for better outcome and feedbackthen found the best solution in effective way.Purpose of it in healthcare industry is to identify topic of interest and skill development, to give thebest healthcare delivery to the patients. Process of research in enabling evidence-based practice inhealth care- Ask a clinical guiding question- At first research starts from clinical guiding questions andquestion about patient outcome, area of interest of the employee. Intervention or comparison.Problems of the patient which they have to faced. These all questions start a research process.Search for the best evidence- In the second stage, search the answer of that all questions and findthe best evidence to solve that problems from using all resources(Essig and et.al., 2011).Critically appraise the evidence- Analyse the weakness and strength of the evidence. Also analysethat how a client fix in that evidence and satisfaction level. Find the skills of that evidence that howthat skills help them in solve the task with better feedback. It in the person who suits with theirskills and have ability to be an evidence than they chose for it.Integrate the evidence with clinical expert- In it client have their choice to make a decision forthem that with whom they want to go or treat. Here clients will preferable for their decision. They

have alternative choices for their evidence because it plays a main role in the treatment.Evaluate the outcome of evidence-based practice- In this stage understand about the bestevidence an outcome. Patient satisfaction and how they feel after the treatment. If the result comesin positive way than it's okay but if result comes with negative points than find the causes behind itwhy it happens(Hiller, Guillemin and Delany, 2015).Disseminate the outcome- In the last stage it has to be clear that which is the best evidence andtake review from people of the organisation or other people and also use online data or clinical helpfor know about the outcome of that healthcare.B. The skills and qualities needed to conduct a literature review in health and social careCore skills- In the health and social care it is very important skill which have to needed inthe person who is going to start literature review. Commination is the key of success of any peoplein the organisation and person who is going to do literature review is capable to communicate withother peoples. Able to give a presentation in English or local both language, critical readingtechniques.Computing skills- The person who is going to take a literature review, is capable to monitorsystems and computer knowledge. Computer security knowledge, web browsing with differentstudy apps to understand about the environment of healthcare. Knowledge about a normal computerliteracy with help of different applications.Ongoing skills- For conducting a literature review the skills required of understandingdifferent learning styles to follow them. Aware about the skills and understand how to improve itwith new techniques and follow more experimental styles to conduct a good literature review. Notetaking techniques which will help them to learn and recognise everything.C.
