COMMUNICATION SKILLS IN SOCIAL WORK AND HUMAN SERV2 Future without Violence Family Services Future without Violence Family services (FWVFS) is a facility that focuses on saving nationals who are exposed to violence from external and internal factors such as families. It is non-profitable organization that has been founded by sympathizers who are compassionate about those living under unfavorable conditions. The organization focuses on children who are being brought up in violent households with parents who may be under the influence of illegal substances. Moreover, the organization put efforts in rehabilitating such parents who maybe drug addicts or mentally disturbed. It focuses on the sociological background of such adults in order to establish the best way to tame them. Children from such families are taken to better families or stay in the facility depending with their age. Family and Community Services (FACS) is the mother organization that initialized the work of saving the disadvantaged. The organization is known to rescue homeless people, children, and families and also careers (Buzawa, Buzawa and Stark 2011). Therefore, the FACS will be of assistance if they would consider funding FWVS to continue with the good work they began in the 19thcentury. They should consider reasons like; firstly, both firms want the same outcome for the nationals, safety. FACS aims at providing safety to every needy person irrespective of their ages or struggles. Similarly, FWVFS focuses on rescuing families faced with violence; they assist the victims by placing them under the facility or taking them to more established facilities to get secondary assistance Moreover, FWVFS is established in Mount Druitt which is a suburb of Australia. The location is known to be a center for drug abuse drug gangs (Kenny 2011). Therefore, countless people are victims of families controlled by illegal substances and disputes. On the same note, FACS is yet to open up a branch in this area and FWVFS has chipped in to give a hand by reaching out to

They were rescued by the organization from different situations in different times. Thus FACS should contemplate on funding FWVFS as a way of joining its members in helping the needy. FWVFS is very significance to the FACS for several reasons. To begin with, establishment of FWVFS is a good sign that the community appreciates what FWVFS began in the year 1996. This shows that people who have been rescued by FACS in the past, are placed in good hands. Through this, more willing potentials may come forward to help raise FACS to another level. Furthermore, establishment of FWVFS will assist FACS meet more of their set goals (Fieldstone 2014). The main focus of the organization from the very beginning was to help the needy globally. Thus FWVFS will help the mother organization to reach more needy people in Mount Druitt and other areas around. Despite the fact that FWVFS is focused on helping voluminous needy people as possible, there are some drawbacks that they are experiencing. To begin with, the facility is still young and can only accommodate less than 50 rescued people. On the same note, it is challenging to partition the minute facility in terms of gender and age. This is becoming a hurdle especially to the women and children not forgetting those who are extremely affected by illegal substances. Moreover, the management is yet to get connections on reaching out other bigger facilities that can offer secondary assistance to the victims. Also, the means of transport are limited and the available vehicles can only travel to one place at a time for rescue missions. Lastly, some of the rescued personnel require emergency medical care and other services. The facility is yet to employ trained people who can offer such immediate services. However, the organization contacts paramedics who may take long to arrive at the site, thus becoming a challenge. Therefore, the funds that FWVFS is hoping to receive from FACS will be used to
