INTRODUCTION
Communication is a way to interact with the people by expressing the idea, thoughts,
information etc. Communication skills are the ability done by the individual all the time by
giving and receiving the information (What is Communication?, 2021.). Communication can be
done by expressing the ideas, thoughts and even update on the project.
MAIN BODY
Introduction to the nature of the issue.
The issue that is discussed on the Black lifes matter that is political and the social
movement that is against the incident of the police that rascality and the brutality against the
black people. There are various global organisations that label themselves as a black lives matter
and started this movement. This is the broader movement against the police violence against the
black people and also various policies are to be changed in considered to the black liberalisation.
This movement is start in July 2013 with the hash tag # BlackLifeMatter on the social media
platform after the verdict of the George Zimmerman of shoot the death of the American African
teen in February 2012 (Shorey, and et.al., 2020). This movement became nationally by the street
demonstrations of the 2014 deaths of the African American. In 2015 movement became the
global movement and became a decentralized network with no formal hierarchy.
Possible solution that could be adopted.
In the article of Mohdin, A., and B. Quinn in the Oxford college backs removal of Cecil
Rhodes statue, they are in favour of removing the statues that is profited to the colonialism and
helps the blacks. The campaign started in the 2015 was reignited with the Black life matter by
remove the statues of the slave trader Edward colston. One spokesperson express to remove the
statue and deals with the issue of Rhodes legacy and try to improve the attendance of the BAME
( Black, Asian and minority ethnic) for the undergraduate, graduate students or the teachers. The
campaign is started to change the diversity reflection beyond the western canon and helps the
better support for the BAME students and the Professors. Universities have to adopted the anti
racist policies in their recruitment process and equal treatment to their staffs and the students as
develop the curriculum that have full history of the colonial violence. To taught about the Britain

statues that no longer pay to old symbols of the colonialism and the supremacy of the whites.
One of them suggests modifying the statue and stay there that give attention to the history and
