So that they will significantly performtheir tasks and operations also can attain their decided goals and objectives. Apart from this,communication can be consider as an important process because with the help of this staffmembers and customers can easy to communicate or interact with each others as well as they canshare their ideas, views and problems in a effective and efficient manner. In the other hand,SHDE is a local electrical suppliers and it repairing devices and electrical items with regionalcentres and shops. This company recently facing operational problems then it impacting oncustomer's satisfaction level. Therefore, Senior Management Team (SMT) of SHDE has beeffectively analyse and evaluate the communication factors because they negative impacts onbusiness firm as well as consumers also complaining towards poor services and facilities. Hence,as a training consultancy have to e provide appropriate solutions to organisation so that they cansystemically resolve their communication issues. In this assignment will be produced a formalreport, thus in which will be mentioned appropriate communication process also different modesof communication which can be used by SHDE for several purposes.(Kurtz, Silverman andDraper, 2016) Additionally, here will be prepare a presentation about formal communicationsystem and effectiveness of social media to interact with customers. In the last will be conduct ameeting in which will be discussed about tactful factors and how technology impacts oncommunication process. For attaining the positive results,company focus on delivering quality goods and services by communicating with their targetcustomers. In the other hand, there are explaining effective communication process for SHDE.Hence in which included some stages which explaining under below such as : Illustration 1: Communication process§(Source- Williams, 2010)Sender: A person who provide a message with proper intention to giving informationand ideas to other people which can be known as sender or inter-actor. In this senior staffand line manager provide information to their workers so that they can easily improvetheir services in front of customers. In this, themanager of the company share views and ideas in front of workers to making them ableto interact with their customers. Receiver: It can be consider as a person who receive the information and data whichprovided by the sender. Feedback: This is the last step of this process, in which identify that is receiverunderstood the message or not which has been send by the sender. In the context of SHDE holding, it is required for this company should be adoptappropriate communication process but sometimes it is not effective in some situation. Due tothis, employees, employers and customers cannot effectively interact with each others alsocannot share their problems and ides. By using effective communication process company caneasily improve their customers base by providing them quality services as per their requirement.With the assistance of this SHDE can easily understand customers demand towards its productsand services and also provide them same to reduce customers complaints. It isnecessary to be adopt and use appropriate communication method in several situations of thecompany so that employers an employees can effectively get significant result and solveproblems and issues with the help of suitable methods and techniques. It is consideras an effective way to provide accurate information to workers and customers in relation to thecompany products and services. Employee's notebook: Sometimes, within the organisation provides notebooks toemployees in which included history of the company, rules, polices, objectives and so more. Forexample, manager of SDHE, give notebook to their workers so that they can easily understandabout company policies and policies which may help them at the time of performing theiractivities. Notice: It is also one of the best and essential way of communication thus it used by theevery company fro inviting to all employees for a particular meeting. For example, line manageof SDHE give notice to their staff members for inviting them for meeting and another task aswell. With the assistance of this, company manage their ethical environment at workplace.
