the others. Personal Communication, conferences and interviews are the strategies that can be
used to resolve clarification, build relationship and many others. These strategies especially use
when an individual needs some clarification regarding a particular topic. Conferencing involves
meeting with teacher, parents, therapists, and professionals. It is conducted when the clarification
is required and organized in a steps in which concerns of areas are discussed and solution is also
identified (Pranis, 2017). Interviews have been taken in order to observe the student
environment, and the interviewers have to create a positive tone to give the respect to others. Ask

Observation is a systematic process of gathering information by looking at students and their
environments. Observation contains student behavior, language, interactions, and responses of
peer of teachers. Formative assessment is a formal or informal assessment process which is
conducted by the teachers during the learning process with the motive to modify the teaching and
learning activities in order to improve the student attainment. Observation is only technique in
which the teacher observes the students learning power or their capacity that can helps the
teacher to modify the teaching as per the formative assessment. Summative Assessment defines
the assessment of participants where the focus is on the outcomes of a program. It is a contrast of
formative assessment because it summarizes participant’s development over a particular period
of time. The main function of observation is to observe the students and their environment that
directly helps to improve their performance and directly develop their personality to get the
outcome (White, 2016).

Student cause higher thinking usually at the time of interviews. In conducting the interviews, the
interviewers have to ask the question from the students such as “What have you tried to address
these behavior problems.” Or “What are you thinking about doing”. Questionnaire is the best
source for interviewers to use to enhance the thinking skills of students. Special teachers can use
questionnaires to ask students about their learning preferences so that they keep thinking about
their skills especially in terms of improvement.

Steps in conducting interviews for students are:
Begin asking from student’s reason for having the interviews
Ask the student to describe his or her behavioral assets
Student perspective on what positive and appropriate behavioral
