Abstract
In the workplaces, the use of poor commination is a serious problem and must be related
to high cost. This may get the high impact on the cost, business, sabotage, injury and decline the
growth of an employee to work and make different impact on the organisation. The chosen
research objective is helpful for completing a case study on Parcel forces. Which actually face
the issue in their management of the organisation of poor communication channel. The company
needed to be improve and gain knowledge for the communication process and achieve all the
objectives. Further, this is the proposal for the research which include the brief introduction,
background, aim, objectives, literature review and research methodologies to complete the
process. All of these steps make a strategic change in consider the growth of objectives and
achieve the time management plan within the given time spam.

Introduction
Background of the research
Communication is the most important tool for running organisation and make effective
flow for the growth of the business. Many of the business face the issue in managing poor
communication model. As, if the communication channel is not that effective within an
organisation, then the end result comes with increase in production time period and decrease in
the bottom line effects. For decline the impact of poor communication process the company and
their effective growth are helpful for effective use of communication and work effectively in
different channels. When it comes to the process of an effective communication within an
organisation, it is concluded that the process is complex and include multiple of channels and
understanding. This may include the interpersonal communication, mass communication, online-
assisted communication for interacting and managing the different list of customer in an
appropriate manner (Apine and Sunday, 2021). As the communication process is not only
effective within an organisation, but for the growth of human life as well. To start with planning
and end with review the plan, it is important and essential for the growth of an organisation. The
chosen organization for this research project is Parcel forces, that is courier and logistic services
in UK. This company is known as trading name of Royal mail and organised with the UK
parcels, International and local division of work in the group. The company have more than
4,500 employees and its headquarter in Milton Keynes, UK.
Research Rationale
The main reason for choosing this topic for addressing research is related to effective
communication and its importance in the workplaces. To analyse the impact of poor
communication process in productivity and employee in an organisation. All is related to work
and make to work effectively and manage different factors to provide relevant support and make
major changes to apply effective use of communication process. The use of communication is to
make effective and better way for considering the approach and make productive growth in
employee's collaboration (Chepkemoi, 2021). The need for addressing effective cause for poor
communication, unpredictable work environment and different challenges are align for the
growth of the company. To analyse different aspect and issues of poor communication, the
