INTRODUCTION
Communication and collaboration plays a vital role in life of an individual. It is necessary
to build good network as that helps at each and every point of life. It is necessary for an
individual to know about the skills that are required by them in order to get a job (Di and et.al.,
2019). The employability skills play a vital role in the life of a person. After getting a job there is
need to follow the norms of professionalism so as to work smoothly. In this report there is
discussion related to various skills that are required to get a job Human Resource Manager in an
organisation. The various employability skills, professional skills as well as communication and
research skills so as to work effectively.
MAIN BODY
Employability skills
It can be defined transferable skills that are required by an individual to get a goof job.
These skills are other than the technical skills and the subject knowledge. These skills are
required and developed by the students at the time they are studying so that they can work
effectively in the job (Teng and et.al., 2019). All these skills makes the student employment
ready and they are able to clear the interview effectively. In relation to HR manager these skills
play a vital role. They have to manage all the employees of the organisation and solve the
conflicts among the. There is need various employability skills and they are discussed below:
Leadership Skills: Leadership can be defined as ability to lead the team. The HR
manager has to work in such a manner that they are able to lead the employees. They must have
leadership skills so that all the employees follow the direction given by them (Chen, and Rybak,
2017). All the important aspects such as rules and regulations are also told by the HR manager so
they must be able to provide them guidance.
Decision making skills: There are various situations where an individual has to take
decision. It is important to note that an individual must have effective decision making skills in
order to take wise decision. In regard to HR manager, the individual has to recruit the employees
and select the best among them. It needs effective decision making skills. It helps to hire the
talented employees that are able to work in an effective manner.
Communication skills: There is need of good communication skills, as HR manager is
link between the organisation and the employees. So by interacting with both the parties and
