INTRODUCTION Communication and collaboration are the interpersonal skills required to interact with different individuals, it consist of message that one wants to communicate to the other person. Developingcommunicationandcollaborationskillsareessentialasitgivesabetter understanding of different one' expression. It is essential to express one' emotion to other in order to build relationship and develop trust to better understanding. This report covers importance of communication and collaborative skills, different skills that have to be improved, overview of Belbin's team roles (Bartges, 2012). MAIN BODY Using Gibbs reflective cycle, write reflection on communication and collaboration skills and how these can be enhanced and improved Communication is defined by the exchange of information from on individual to other (Cheeseman, 2012). It is an crucial element to create better understandings between individuals. Whereas collaboration is defined by the exchange of information of things between different individuals, collaboration and communication goes hand in hand where collaboration is passing on or exchanging the information or things but collaboration cannot be possible without communication.InmycourseoncommunicationsandcollaborationIhavelearnthow effectively communicate the information and the importance of communication in real life situation.Iwasworkingasaninterninanorganisationwhichhelpedmetoacquire communication, team development and professional skills.Gibbs reflective cycle coined by Graham Gibbs in 1988. Gibbs reflective cycle defines theobjectives of learning from different experiences.UsingGibbsreflectivecycle,thelearningoutcomesofcommunicationand collaborative skills in my course are discussed below: Description:In the three week of course on communication and collaboratives skills in learn different communication patterns, team development, professional skills development. During the course, we were divided into group where each groups were assigned different projects and task with a given deadline. The project assigned was emphasised over three aspects, thesereflect on key skills, these aspects werecommunication pattern, understanding team development, professional development skills. The first learning outcomes of revolved around the pattern of communication. Communication pattern is defined by the structure of flow of information from
one person to other. In order to communicate there are different types of communication pattern that is been followed these includes wheel, chain, circle, network. The flow of commination followedwithinmyteammembersandleaderswerenetworkcommunication.Network communication is the structure of communication which involves the flow of information in networked or non systematic whee team members can communicate randomly to different individuals. The second learning outcome of the course revolved around the understanding team development where we were taught the importance of team development that how it helps to achieve organisational objectives. Team development is crucial for coordinates individual efforts to achieve group goals. The third learning outcome it learnt in the course included professional skills development which is defined by the enhancing technical skills and competency required for performing a job (Connor and Irizarry, 2015). Skill development is crucial for achieving both personal and organisational skills. Feelings:Communication and collaboration skills has helped me to communicate and interact with different individuals. It helped me to build a strong relationship with my team members. We were taught about the importance of team development and management that how it helps to develop coordination and cooperation in the team. I also learnthow to develop professional skills, it has helped me to be competent and improved my technical skills. Professional skills development will helps to me achieve my future career growth and met financial stability. Evaluation:due to effective communication I am able to interact with the team leaders about the project objectives and goals. Interaction with my team member has enabled me to achieve team spirit. It hashelped me to build trust among the team member which helps to effectively communicateeach team member. Communication has improved my interpersonal skills which majorly contributes in development of my professional skills (Conrad and Newberry, 2012). Analysis:the major benefit of communication with inthe teams has lead me to resolve the issues and conflicts between team member and coordination between in the team members.I have also learnt to become a good listener by addressing to project objectives and every team members issues. We were assigned different project to each team. I was the team leader of my teams. As a team leaders I analysed that team member were busy completing and looking for personal growth rather than group goals. I took a group seminar in which I addressed these group issues, in order to take corrective measures I effectively communicated my team members stating the group objectives, and how that we can coordinates group efforts and achieve the

Belbin's team role Belbin's team role Belbin's team role defines individual behaviour in order to achieve group objectives (Notari, Baumgartner and Herzog, 2014). It helps promoting communication and coordination within the team member which helps to achieve group goals, it defines that how individual efforts can be accumulated to achieve productivity and efficiency. As a team leader of my team, I will apply Belbin's team role to achieve project objectives. Resource investigator:Being a team leader, I will ensure that there are adequate resources to meet group goals and team objectives. Teamwork:Teamwork is an important tools which will helps t coordinate individual efforts into group targets. As a team leaders I will communicate and interact with each team members. I will take concerns to individuals so that all that team member feels comfortable and develop a team relationship in the team. Coordinator :Coordinating different group activities is an important aspects to achieve group targets. An a leader I will promote teamwork and ensure that each individual work and delegate the objectives effectively. Plant:I will plant innovative strategies, and policies to motivate and encourage team members to achieving group goals. I will conduct proper training programmes so to achieve work efficiencies (O'Rourke and et.al., 2013). Monitoring:Monitoring is an important tool that will helps to evaluate the effectiveness of work efficiencies. Specialist:delegating work to the team members who are highs experienced will helps to develop quality work and specialisation. Shaper:It involves ensuring drives that continuously shapes group direction so that the team does not focus of work . Implementer:As a team leader, I implement strategic plans and policies for carrying group objectives. Complete finisher:The most important element and role as a team leader is to ensure that work is been completed and achieved with the standard set. It involves implementing corrective measures or the identified measures so to achieve objectives.
