 Information and Communication Technology is very helpful in managing the business.
 It includes various packages like spreadsheet ,power point etc.
 There are many relevant theories of communication process.
 Professional should adopt that strategies that will help in maintaining good relationship
between professional and service user.

time but in ICT software helps in maintaining record for longer period and people don't need
to worry about pen.
It is helpful in getting report quicker and easily and in this service user is able to receive
reports through emails which saves time and cost.
It prevents the mistakes that may come while providing services.

,data protection act.
 It have many benefits like time saving ,cost saving ,reliable information etc.
