INTRODUCTION
Nowadays, there are different type of health-related issues are arising and this is due to
improper diet that is taken by individuals. There are many basic things that youngsters and other
people need to know (Huybrechts, Lioret and Widhalm, 2017). In Australia, there are many
diseases that can be eliminated or avoided just with considering simple things. In this context,
nurses have developed a project in which they are focused to provide proper care and awareness
to youth, about various health related Issues and their prevention.
Implementation of the project in detail
The rate of people who are getting negatively affected with diseases are increasing
drastically in Australia. One of the main reasons for this is identified as lack of information and
knowledge of people towards cleanliness (Stephen, 2017). Many of the illnesses could have been
eliminated, just with taking proper care for the typ of diet. The main focus is made on youngsters
as they are the one who are highly getting affected with unhealthy food and lack of cleanliness.
There are other different reasons also identified that are causing problem for health-related
issues. One among many reasons, one of the major cause is unhealthy eating habits in which
people do not wash their hands before each meal. When these basic things are taken care of, then
the rate of occurrence of diseases can be minimised to a great extent. and issues can be resolved
in efficient manner(Pollard, Meng and Binns, 2014). These can be determined to be the main
reason due to which nurses have planned for undertaking this project in which they can support
people and provide them with adequate information through which the ample and adequate
quality of services can be offered. For this project, there are many people who are involved so
that all the activities can be performed.
Main stakeholders or groups needed to be recruited to support the project
The project requires to have people who will be able to support and help in carrying out
the project in efficient manner. As the main focus on youngsters and so stakeholders need to be
selected from those areas from which people will be able to get adequate information for the
same (Smith, Ross and Whiley, 2016). The stakeholders who will be involved includes
professors of colleges and hospitals, educational managers, directors and students. All these
people will be able to support in undertaking the project in effective manner. To initiate with the
project, it is important that all the stakeholders involved are provided with proper information so

that they will get to know that main cause of considering this project. Students are also included
as they will be helpful in providing information to others about the seminars as this is the main
sources through which each student can be properly be communicated and informed about the
steps that needs to be taken to prevent such diseases(Devi, Gunjilac and Mahony, 2016). All
these stakeholders will be helpful enough to spread information to students during seminars.
Proper scheduling of time is to be done in order to spread information in every colleges of the
country. Further, it requires to have proper recruitment of the people who will be supportive
enough to carry out the project. The recruitment is done from the side of students as they will be
helpful enough to take control of the management like printing up banners, making arrangement
for each of the colleges, etc. This way, different issues which troubles the natives of Australia
can be solved in effective and efficient ways (Huybrechts, Lioret and Widhalm, 2017). The rate
of health-related issues can be reduced when people are being informed for taking up appropriate
measures which are need to be consider by the them..
Evidence to support the project and implementation
In Australia, there are about 43 universities and the project that has to be carried out
requires to have proper support so all the students studying in the universities, so that the
message and information can be conveyed effectively (Research Impact Assessment in Primary
Health Care. 2017). For this purpose, people involved will make use of social media so that they
will be able to provide information about the plan. (Smith, Ross and Whiley, 2016). Further,
there will be banners made and 20 professionals will be selected and information will be
conveyed to all the head of universities. Further, support is taken from 10 nurses will be
responsible in schedule the timing of the seminars at each university. In addition to this, before
the seminar takes place, whihc provide information to the students. For this purpose, from each
of the university, 10 students will be selected who can make arrangement for the seminar. .
Schedule will be set by the management of universities which are required to be followed by
nurses . Further, the promotional strategies will be done with the help of social media (Devi,
Gunjilac and Mahony, 2016). This will be effective enough to know the type of perception that
are carried out by students. It can also enable to understand the areas in which students do not
have knowledge. The promotional strategies will be helpful to develop positive perspective
within the mind of students. This way, it will help to develop curiosity to attend the seminar and
to develop their understanding for the same. Professors, educational managers and directors and

students themselves are selected as there are many colleges in which seminar has to be
conducted and it requires appropriate support so that aim of the research can be accomplished
effectively.
Cost involved and ways to assess effectiveness
So as to carry out the project, there are many people and different set of activities that has
to be considered. It requires specific amount in order to carry out seminares. There are about 43
universities, 20 professionals, 10 students and 10 nurses who are involved in the project. Further,
it requires cost for banners that will be incurred. In this context, amount assumed is AU $5000.
In addition to this, it will take up to 2 months’ time so that all the universities will be covered
and the project will get completed. In addition to this, the cost will also include leaflets that will
be provided to students after the seminar gets over. . In addition to this, there will also be
provision for other people who are interested can also attend the seminar. This way, it will be
favourable enough to carry out the project in effective manner and to develop proper
understanding among students. To assess the effectiveness of the project after the seminar gets
over all patients will be evaluated by considering the people whose health got affected due to
improper diet. This will be done for 3 months and this will be effective enough to know the
variations in patients each month.
Conclusion
From this report, it can be concluded that lack of information related to health care
among people is a serious issue in increasing the health-related problems. It requires to take
appropriate steps or ways that reach out individuals so that they will be able to develop their
understanding and the rate of health-related issues can be reduced.
