Summary of the feedback
The guidelines are properly followed in order to complete the project in efficient manner.
The pandemic faced by whole world provides for various guidelines to be followed in the school
for safety of children in the school. Parents also demand some safety regarding safety from
Corona Virus of their children as small kids are involved in the project. This will helps to
project in controlling the things and manage all things for better achievement.
The outcomes achieved
The project is completed with full efficiency in given time frame. It is seen that the project is
ready in the budget which is allocated to it (Hambira, 2020). Through better management the
results will be attain in better manner.
Project's aims
The aims or goals and objectives are achieved in almost full extent.
Effectiveness of strategies
The strategies which are implemented in the project are effective enough to achieve goal of
the organisation in effective manner which is proved by the successful completion of project on
timely manner. During Covid there are various issues are occur in project plan to avoid those
effective strategies are important such as taking some medical facilities to avoid this health issue.
Future action
The issue arise during the implementation is the issue of funds in the organisation. It was
learned in the project that government helps in this type of community project and government
can be taken into consideration for such community projects (Jurilj, 2020). Future action will be
depend on the measurement results. As per measuring the project planning and its output actions
are taking for further.
Areas of strength
With the help of goal attainment report and behavioural surveys, which can be considered as
the two crucial strength areas, this whole project plan could effectively become able to achieve
all the desired outcomes in specified time frame.
Allocation of funds was also said to be a crucial strength for this particular investigation
because, it can be said that without allocating the funds in rightful manner, no project manager

could effectively attain the benefits. Away with this, there are some of the surveys as well, which
were considered as crucial strength that has helped researcher in implementing the project in
rightful manner (Islam, 2020). Project owner can adopt some techniques and take help from the
government for borrowing funds.
Recommendations for change
In present context, there are a range of modifications that could effectively take place within
the project if researcher gets the chance to perform it in near future (Mathews, 2020). Like the
primal recommendation for a change that can help researcher to finish the task in much more
effective ways, then it is basically the use of questionnaire. This would be much more fruitful for
the researcher as it is easy to collect the information in right time (Johnson, Rice and Chuckry,
2020). They can adopt some technology and digital platforms so that they can implement their
project plans on the digital platforms.
Practice that require support.
My part in this particular investigative project is that, this research is conduct and include
several methods, techniques and tools in order to manage this research and tackle this
investigation effectively. In this research I found myself steering around to discovery the
amended way or method to formulating things. In this investigation I had learned several things
and studies that were available in this report. This investigation also involves different structure
and framework in order to complete this research with more efficiently and in a very effective
manner. In this investigation I had analyse and learned several acquirement and acquisition
because of developing the research in a very appropriate manner.
In this report I had faced several kind of problems such as collecting some sources and
information in order to complete this research and to accomplish the goals and objectives of this
investigation. This research undertakes various different methods and concepts which are much
useful for the investigation to assemblage effective and useful information and used them in a
very appropriate manner. This report also used Gantt chart and WBS which are much effective
equipment or tool and help me to conduct a research in a very proper way.
This report or investigation give me so much to learned about and to manage and collect
proper information like interview so many concept and method also. I have also analysed and
learned the procedure of investigation report in order to undertake the investigation activity and
